She’s been such a hard worker over the years that I’ve been going there with three different automobiles and always right on the money with everything that she does. She’s courteous she’s helpful she’s one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. This dealership Acura at Lake Mary has really quality service. I have been receiving great service on my Acura RDX for over 10 years. They always present clear service recommendations, and carry out competent service in a professional manner. During the latest service, they even presented a walk-around video of my car and explained what was found, and their recommendations for future service.

Let me start by saying this is the first Acura I have ever owened. I bought a brand new 2022 MDX in June. I have had the craziest problems with this car. This past Martin Luther King day I dropped my car off all day. They fixed my broken windshield wiper fluid pump and then did NOT fill it up with fluid. They never told me it didn’t have fluid so when I was driving home my windshield wiper fluid light came on. How did you fix something when you sent me home with a half done job? Also they were supposed to figure out why my car is making a clicking noise when I turn left and right. They noted that they tightened something in the front and now the noise is worse! I now have to come back for a second time to have them look at and hopefully fix this clicking noise issue. My car doesn’t even have 10k miles on it yet. I am extremely disappointed.

Beware!!!! Really bad communication. You need to chase the salesperson to get answers. They don't like to call you back. Also, I had to call twice to get my 500 dollar deposit back. Finally, 2 weeks later they refunded my money. We ended up buying a car from another dealership.

A clean and spacious waiting area while my car is being serviced. I got a real time servicing video summary and work completion write-up sent to my email and texted to my phone in the waiting area. This was an excellent added feature to my customer experience. As usual, my assigned service supervisor was great with understanding my service requests and giving me the right time estimate for my wait.

Best Orlando Based Acura Service Center. I used to go to Fountain Acura and this place blows it out of the water. It's Target level vs Walmart Scummy. Fountain Acura lies, pushes services and products don't needed, has higher Labor Cost, and has no accountability and doesn't provide discounts and higher service prices by a wide margin. Carolyn Roy makes sure I'm taken care of.

I was not excited to start the car buying process but we bit the bullet and started shopping. AutoNation Acura was our second stop. Our sales person Jay was friendly and knowledgeable and not aggressive at all. She brought out the perfect car. I loved both the outside and inside. Jeff and his team are very service oriented. The video walk arounds of the work to be done and texted to me are a great help in understanding the work that is done. Immediate work is handled and recommendations of future service are given but there is no pressure to reschedule immediately, they let me do it on my budgetary timeline. Car is always returned in a clean manner; I have purchased three Acuras at this dealership over the years.

My husband and I, walked in to AutoNation Acura just to test drive an RDX, not really with the intent to buy. We were met by Jay who assisted us and was great to work with. She took very good care of us from beginning to end. She has such charisma, personality and cool aura about herself. With her guidance and support she made the whole car buying experience a great one. She then connected us to Josue the manager who treated us with 100% great customer service. He kept it real with us and showed us end the had our best interest. We felt really comfortable in our decision making. This has not been our first rodeo with dealers but it has been the best one. Needless to say we ended up driving out with the RDX and I have to say that I’m very happy with our purchase. We will go back to them in the future. Salesman Josh was great, Tom , Mike and Kyle were all terrific, and Adam absolutely saved the sale that Josue Gutierrez torpedoed with his attitude, actions and extreme levels of rudeness and disrespect. I would never do business with, or recommend anyone else do business with AutoNation Acura of North Orlando as long as Josue Gutierrez is working for the company. I'm sorry for you that all those good efforts by good people were up-ended by one rotten apple, but the bottom line is he single-handedly made this the worst buying experience my wife & I have ever had.

really bad experience, like always greatly greeted by sales person. when everything came down to talk about number that when thing get serious. met sales manager Jose. I explain to this man muti times what numbers I want to see and he has gave excuses after excuses. it got to a point where I wanted to walk away. thing got ugly when he started asking me "we need to run your credit" after it been ran 3x. told them no more then 3x just to cover my end incase things don't work out. I only allowed them to run it 3x times and that it. come back to say "we are limited to lender". I wanted to walk away. Mr. Jose keep pressuring me into signing a deal knowing I'm not the one to play games with. It not my first time buying a car and I know the rules to the game. Jose Mr. Short fuss started to get annoyed by my counter offers I wanted to see. then he said " your asking for too much". things where already heated. I was calm but you till I broken his ice. Mr. Jose does not perform well under pressure at all. At the end I was able to get the interest rate that I wanted through Mr. Kyle Morgan. this is the one who I see a asset to the company. shout out to him. number came out to what I wanted to see. I would highly Mr. Kyle he cuts to the chase and that exactly what I wanted. thanks to you Me and my family are happy with Our purchase. looking forward to making another purchase through Mr. Kyle.

Plus I do all of my maintenance here as well, as I never have to worry about repairs being completed correctly. Good experience 2X recently, transparent upfront pricing on one of the vehicles (lots of inventory) and fair negotiations on the second (limited quantity vehicle). I negotiated pricing via email prior to going to the dealership both times. All was as expected when we went to test drive the vehicles and do the paperwork. Edward/Salesman and Jose/Sales Manager were awesome to do business with. Tom and Kyle in Finance were great as well. If you are looking for a new Acura Vehicle I can recommend Edward, Jose, Tom, Kyle, and AutoNation Acura North Orlando.

Once again, as always, I still continue to receive excellent service from (AutoNation Acura in Sanford, FL) over the last 18 years for my Acura TL (2004) where I also bought my car. My service team lead, Jeff Morton, works very closely with his master mechanic technicians to address & resolve all of the problems that I identify for my 18 year old car & also proactively identify & resolve some problems before they can even become an issue/problem. This is why my car still drives like new & the gas mileage is slightly better than when I purchased it. I really appreciate this kind of continued excellent & expert service.

my 2015 ILX has been beautifully serviced for years at Montgomeryville acura in PA. My daughter had the vehicle serviced at autonation while she is in FL. We were instantly charged a diagnostic fee just to bring the vehicle in to check emissions light and failing A/C. We have never been charged a fee to bring our vehicle in for service at home. We have the car evaluated and we are given a call for all work estimates before the car is serviced. This fosters trust and i feel confident moving forward with recommended service at the dealer. I feel that my daughter was taken advantage of by not being explained charges before service and we will never go to autonation again.

I always get great service at AutoNation Acura North Orlando in Sanford. This last visit was just for regular maintenance (oil change & tire rotation) and everything went smoothly - as always. So I had a fairly short wait in the very comfortable showroom / lounge area. And Carolyn provided a "heads-up" about a couple air filters that need to be changed on my next maintenance visit just so I wouldn't be surprised. Kudos to a great team!

This review is solely a reflection of the sales manager Josue Gutierrez. WOW - who the heck gave this guy a sales position?! I have never experienced such a rude and senseless customer experience ever before. Our sales agent Gephte Francois was amazing - he was trying to help us get the price we wanted and because the sales manager had to change the numbers on the computer, he got out of his office, walked over to us and said “I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO RUN THESE NUMBERS AGAIN… either take it or leave it… i don’t care, but I’m not changing anything!” Sorry, you’re in sales… that comes with the job. Whoever put you in a managerial position has done this dealership a huge disservice. The ONLY reason we’re even still here is due to Francois… we know the sale of a car goes towards his commission and he is an excellent agent who genuinely showed care to us and our buying experience. I’m just shocked as this is our first Acura experience. We have BMW vehicles and I can tell you right now, the Fields BMW Winter Park will NEVER treat you this way. Josue, please go get a lesson in customer service; It’s actually a very desirable skill in your line of work.

10/25/2022 LACK OF COMMUNICATION, INADEQUATE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE, LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY & PASSIVE ASSISTANCE This is a review after a repair service incident at this dealership. The regular service advisor Pagan had always performed satisfactorily which was expected, but never exceptionally. A job performance that goes beyond what is expected deserves an exceptional rating, but not this one. From the time I dropped off my car due to rodent damage, to the time I picked up my car, all that was provided to me by her was PASSIVE assistance. She promptly provided my insurance company an estimate of the damage, which I appreciate. That estimate, however, was wrong but did not communicate it to me. I called several times but couldn't reach her. And when I was able to get one of the service advisors, the cause of the delay in repairing my car WAS NOT documented at all, so the person I spoke with couldn't tell me why repair was delayed. Not knowing resulted in further stress to me after storm Ian. I had to visit the dealership to find out what has delayed my car for over a week. She nonchalantly stated that the wrong part was ordered because the picture looked the same. I consider this a lack of accountability and INADEQUATE knowledge as a service advisor. There was never an apology given and blame was directed to the pictures provided on the Internet. (I believe she should undergo additional training on all aspects as a service advisor.) Another issue was her lack of communication regarding the accident I had with the loaner. Better communication from this service advisor would have helped me a lot, but again it was PASSIVE ASSISTANCE. All together, this is by far the worst service experience I've had in my 50 years of owning a car!!!

Had my oil changed. They not only change the oil and filter, but they also inspect the car, including the tires and treading. This may all seem “standard” but they know my car and they know me. I’ve bought two Acura’s from here and have had both cars serviced by them. They are courteous and if there are any issues found they bring to your attention. They even provided a video of the technician checking the treading on my tires as well as showing the air filters, even if there is no issue. If you choose to wait, they have a wonderful waiting area that’s very comfortable.

I lost my vehicle in flooding associated with Hurricane Ian and had to find a replacement vehicle quickly. I looked at trucks at six dealerships around the state before finding one at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. Every dealership I dealt with before AutoNation played games hiding the “true” price as they all tacked on hidden dealer fees (some as high as $6000!). At AutoNation Acura there was none of that. The pricing was straight-forward and the dealership bent over backwards to make this deal work for me.

I base my referrals off the treatment post deal. I bought a 2020 Acura RDX ASpec 13 days ago the truck itself I love! However I scheduled my first detail of it with a guy I have been using for over 10yrs & he points out two of my runs are ruined. Some sort of cleaner was sprayed on them to “”clean them”” before I took possession of the truck. I noticed however I thought it was a regular stain he could get off. Nope. I have called, sent texts, & emailed!!! No response or return communication. That tells me this dealership only cares until they get your money. I don’t not have standard alloy rims (the rims on there is what came with truck at the time I bought it). So you would think paying 45k for a truck they would be willing to fix something that was clearly messed up before it left the lot! . Jose or Josway the sales manager was apart of my deal & I have asked for him directly numerous times as well as my sales associate; again no response. They can’t return my calls regarding this matter, but I can get emails on referring business to them. I am so disappointed, I will not be referring anyone. For me it’s more than how you act when I’m in the dealership to do the deal…because obviously y’all want my money so I’m going to be treated correctly. It shows your moral after the deal is done. This dealership has completely missed the mark in my book.

I have leased six or more Acura autos with AutoNation North Orlando. Yesterday was THE BEST service experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership. Marcos Martinez was so attentive to my concerns and is really trying to help me obtain the best price for a bumper that was randomly hit in some parking lot. He walked me through every issue regarding the fix and even emailed me this morning with details on how he is working on the pricing. I recently purchased my second car from Autonation Acura. My first experience was excellent, that’s why I went back, however times have definitely changed. When I purchased the car they included a service coverage, that I paid for. I never received any information as to what it covered or who/where to call. I have an ac issue and wanted information on the warranty, for two weeks could not get a hold of my service rep. Finally just made for an oil change n for ac service/ spoke to my service rep who still till this day can not tell me what is covered. He texted me at 930 am to tell me that he wasn’t sure if my repair could get covered for my 10 am appt. So I have been trying to reschedule n have left requests for a call back, which has not happened. I did pay out of pocket for my oil change which included a car wash n tire pressure check, when they brought out my car 3 of my tires needed air. They did take it back and put air, but I still do not have any information on my warranty or when to bring my car. I will keep trying to figure out what’s covered and try to make another appointment. I don’t understand why it’s such a process to make a service appointment and get information, and am deeply disappointed I’m having so many issues. Everyone seems helpful during purchasing, but dropped the ball with service

Drove 600 miles to find out the suv hasn’t come in yet and we’re told it would be delivered, 2 days later it came in, we bought the suv and on the drive home we stopped at a gas station and noted a several deep scratches on the side mirror, they refused to pay for the damage that was done when unloading the vehicle from the car hauler. Make sure the car is on the lot before driving to pick it up and make sure you exam every square inch of the vehicle because they will not repair it. It was repaired for 50 dollars. I will never do business with AutoNation of North Orlando again. BEWARE!

If you’re trying to sell your vehicle to them from a Facebook listing, don’t waste your time. I was made to believe they were going to offer me what I wanted. Drove an hour there to be offered $2k less. To be clear, it wasn’t because anything was wrong with my vehicle (the sales manager said my vehicle was very clean). It was because he needs to make more of a profit (which I totally get). They could have obviously done the research before asking me to drive an hour when they knew they wouldn’t be able to honor the purchase price. So frustrating and a complete waste of 2 1/2 hrs of my time.

I took my 2018 Acura TLX in for an Engine noise. The service center was able to diagnose the problem that day. With parts on back order I feared I would not get the car back any time soon. Acura provided me with a loaner car. A few short days later I got the surprising message my car was ready. The technician and I test drove the car and everything seemed to be corrected. Do not buy a vehicle with these people, they’re absolute shysters. I purchased a bumper to bumper 4 yr, 48k mile warranty from them when I financed my vehicle. 10 months later my vehicle starts having serious problems. Turns out they canceled my warranty three months after I bought it and never notified me. Be wary of this scam, I had to eat the cost and handle the repairs myself. When I’d call for assistance the finance department was less than helpful and would never get back to me, I had to hound them.

I took my RDX with less than 50K miles in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They said there was some axle grease/oil on the transaxle end connected to the suspension. They didn't note any tears in the transaxle boot. They didn't note any transmission fluid leaks where the transmission connects to the transaxle. They didn't note any clicking or grinding noises. They didn't note any vibration when driving. They recommended I replace the axle seals on the transmission for a cost of $918.91 for both sides. Leaving aside whether the price was reasonable ( it is not ) there is the issue of whether the diagnoses was logical. If a transmission oil seal is leaking, it leaks transmission fluid, not transaxle grease or oil. I have been there many times but it is different now. Firstly, the waiting room was almost empty but the service took more than twice as long. Secondly, now they conjure up the most unlikely things to try an increase the bill. I can live with a service center trying to up sell me on a lifetime battery or induction system cleaning for an engine that runs smoothly. I will not tolerate illogical and inflated recommendations for work I don't think can be justified.

If I could give zero stars I would.. I've had my car for 3 months and cant drive it's all. Started have issues by week 2 but the return period was over. The warranty they decided I had to have was decided by them without asking me and it covers NOTHING. Stuck with a lemon that I put 15k down on and still owe 16k. Castro the sales guy was no help nor was Acura. Worst place to buy!

Worst car buying experience ever! They sold me a car that immediately gave me problems I bought a warranty and they never gave me any help I tried to trade it in after 2 months and they told me the vehicle had too many problems. I tried to contact the manager for weeks. Left multiple messages with multiple people. I tried to cancel my warranty and was told I couldn’t. When I tried to buy a new vehicle they wouldn’t even take mine as a trade in they told me it had too many problems. I wasn’t given any help no returned calls and was told flat out by a sales person to leave. They refuse to refund my warranty money even tho I only owned the vehicle 4 months. Never deal with this location this car was supposedly certified even though it was sold to me with blown shocks seized up tire rods wheel bearing was blown control arm bent and all brake rotors are warped!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Horrible service crew and Rdx vehicle flawed I bought a new Rdx from this dealer two years ago. From the getgo this suv severe electronic issues sich as the touch screen shutting on and off during traveling , speakers failing and the most dangerous of all vehicle going into lame mode while driving several times in the two years. I kept bringing back but dealership claimed no issue or needed a “ reset”. Service lady texted us vehicle ready but was nowhere near ready after driving an hour to pick up . They did not even start service yet. Two speakers where broken and after driving there ( again a full hour drive) the speakers ordered were incorrect models.. they did not even check before calling us! The “ lame” mode is acdangerous computer-chip issue with engine which started a lawsuit with Honda in California as several owners complaint about this dangerous issue that Noone seems to be able to fix. We picked up vehicle, cancelled speaker and got rid of this terrible car by trading in and bought a better luxury suv next day. Never again Dealership was horrible! Shame on you!

Great service team but they take entirely too long. I'm always there for an oil change at a minimum of 2 hours and I have an appointment. . . . UPDATE. Here I am over a year later and after being told I can NOT get a loaner vehicle because I won't be waiting more than 3 hours for an OIL CHANGE (with an appt)... I'VE BEEN HERE NOW FOR 3 1/2 HOURS AND MY CAR HASN'T EVEN GONE THROUGH THE "COMPLIMENTARY" CAR WASH. I spoke with the GM and he basically said oh well there's nothing he can do because of shortages. While I do understand there are shortages of employees but they definitely shouldn't be over booking! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE FOR SERVICE.

Took a day off work and drove all the way over from Tampa to Sanford to drive and buy a barely used silver Audi A7. Had been communicating with staff for days and set an appointment to see and buy the car. On the trip over to Sanford, the car was allegedly sold- w/o contacting me - which they had to know before I arrived. I showed up after a 2 hour drive and the specific car I wanted was unavailable. She is a wonderful and cheerful salesperson. Brenna is easy to talk to and willing to help with anything she can. Brenna answered all the questions I had about my car. She and I discussed my trade and finance options. We talked about all of the tech and features that came in the car as well as who to contact when I am ready to have accessories installed and tint put on my windows. Brenna working along with her Finance Manager Kyle Morgan were able to find a local credit union for finance and kept my payments below my max requirements. Kyle is a tell it like it is guy who is going to help you and give you the facts just like Brenna. Kyle and I went over finance options, protection packages and discussed accessories as well. My time spent dealing with Brenna and Kyle felt like I was buying a car from a friend. No surprises. Just open and honest conversation. There were no excessive markups either! As much as I didn’t want to go to Sanford to get a car, I only went because they had a car that I was very interested in financing. I was already at an Auto Nation but they didn’t have anything I liked. The sales person reluctantly showed me the car I saw in their nationwide inventory that I expressed interest in and if possibly there were other cars in that price range. After narrowing it down, I went with the initial car I set my eyes on. Since the car was at the Sanford location I had to agree to purchasing it even though I haven’t seen the car. I said forget that and my husband and I made the trip to Sanford. And I’m glad we did. I called in advance and told them I was on my way to test drive the 2014 Nissan Sentra. They just got the car a couple of days prior and I was the first one to test drive it. I loved it! I put a deposit so they can take it off the market and they actually, I didn’t believe them. Four days later the car was mine. We went up there after work, we took it for another test drive, I asked lots of questions and we ended up leaving around 11pm. The finance guy Kyle was cool, he wasn’t trying to rush through so he could go home and he found me a really lender with a great Apr. And Castro, my sales person, stayed there until everything was finalized. Really cool guys who made my first car buying experience surprisingly very pleasant. Thanks Acura Autonation.

I would like to inform you of an experience I had at your Acura of North Orlando store. On Monday 8-16-21, after my wife had been dealing with salesman Ghazi and finding the car she wanted, I accompanied her to also test drive the car. We absolutely wanted to buy the car and went inside to do the paperwork. After discussing a couple of accessories we wanted and having our credit checked, we waited for the paperwork to be prepared. This took a little while, probably longer than it should have since the salesman came back a couple of times and we had to remind him of the accessories to be added to the worksheet. We also had to remind him to include the small payoff from our trade in after another time. He was a nice guy but seemed new so no big deal. Our frustrations mounted when he was away from us for a minimum of 30 mins. He came back and said it would be 10 more mins. 18 mins later the business manager came to us, I do not recall his name, and said it would be a short while longer. I told him we would be leaving in 5 mins if things weren’t ready. A few minutes later, we were asked how we were going to make our down payment. We responded that we didn’t have a checkbook but could bank transfer the money immediately. Ghazi went to tell this to whomever and then came to say that a transfer would take even longer. This is when my frustration reached its breaking point. I went to the business manager and told him we were leaving. We would go get our checkbook and he could call us tomorrow when everything is ready. He said he doesn’t understand why we would leave. I said do you want to sell the car to me? He said no. I asked for them to have the GM call me the next day and he did not, I had to call him. The GM said that the place becomes like Walmart after 5:00. There were 2 other buyers in the entire store. I guess the GM feels like spending 60k on a car is akin to shopping at walmart. At this point I will tell everyone I know that buying from autonation dealers is a huge mistake.

This dealership continues to be an absolute pleasure to work with. I purchased my first Acura from them and have enjoyed my visits with their first-rate service department for many years now. I took my 2nd Acura (2017 RDX) in for service at >69,000 miles. As usual, I was promptly greeted and then introduced to Service Advisor Jeffrey Morton. Jeffrey aptly identified my service needs and then had my RDX fully serviced and returned to me much sooner than I had anticipated. Hat's off to the service crew! Each and every employee that I encountered at the dealership greeted me with enthusiastic helpfulness. I am so thankful that I again chose AutoNation Acura North Orlando. I plan to continue to have all my service work done with them. In view of their superior expertise, positive attitude and great value, it just doesn't make sense to go anywhere else.

I purchased a used truck with additional. maintenance plus program that cost over $3,000.00. My truck has repairs need covered under my package and the "customer" service staff stated I had nothing. Not only that, certain services were done by someone else and did not care to elaborate. I requested a manager and he refused. I've owned my company for over 24 years and would never treat my clients the way we were treated. RUN!!! do not spend your hard earned money with these people just to be treat like nothing once you purchase your vehicle. ALSO, make sure you analyze every detail of your contract prior to purchase, my vehicle purchase was for $12,.000, I put $3,000 down and somehow i will need to pay $27,000 after interest. I understand people who's credit is not the greatest, however this is ridiculous.

Lee was very attentive to the service I was having on my TLX. He explained what needed to be done and my car was washed and ready to go at the end of my visit. Lee went the extra mile and was able to get additional information on the tires I was needing for my vehicle. Lee even called me over the weekend to report what he had found out. I definitely felt he cared about what was needed and wanted to make sure I got a good price for the investment I was about to make.

We were looking for a high-end hybrid sedan. We did not know what to expect as we walked in the showroom. We ended up purchased the last available RLX on the same day. Ms. Ashlynette Matos was very attentive. The interior of the car is beautiful and comfortable. The car runs smoothly and accelerates fast. There are many safety features as well. The only complain is that it would be better to have a button to push for closing the trunk. The electronic navigating system could be upgraded as well.

I leased a vehicle in 2018 and the process was less than favorable. I was told one thing when dealing with one individual and something else when dealing with another. They purchased my vehicle as a trade-in and sent me 2 separate checks over a 30 day period AFTER they said they'd pay the full amount, just like CarMax would. However, much has changed in two years. They were responsive, answered my questions promptly, worked with me to trade-in the leased vehicle and get me a car that fit my budget and made me happy. Very important to me considering I keep my cars for a long time. I'm glad I went back and gave them a second chance.

I went in for a routine service and a computer system (transmission) upgrade. While I was there It was recommended that I get the 50K service. Since I had a loaner car, it seemed like the thing to do. Everything was explained to me before, during, and after the service. There were no shocks or unexpected expenses. The sales manager again spoke to me and asked me if he got me the right part would I take my bad review down. I told him yes I would. He ordered the part and it came in a week ago , as my salesman called me to tell me he was putting it in the mail. I thanked him and was waiting for the part. The sales manager called me to inform me that he would not send the part out until I removed or changed my review. I have still not received the new part. The following is an honest assessment of my experience with my Acura dealership. I scheduled my car's service online and the process was very easy. Upon arrival at the dealership , I was promptly greeted by a courteous and friendly staff member, who invited me to take a seat in the waiting area, which is nice but it could use new and updated furniture. I was then greeted by Carolyn, a service associate, and she explained some things regarding the services they were going to provide my car with. She was friendly, personable and professional, and stayed in touch with me all the way through the process. I had requested a ride to my workplace and I was driven there promptly, but the SUV they took me in needed some cleaning. Someone with allergies would have a hard time riding in that vehicle for a longer ride than mine . My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, washed, and vacuumed on the inside. A quick wiping of the dashboard would have been appreciated but it's absence did not detract much from an overall positive experience. Thank you!

They had Starbucks and snacks, WiFi, and plenty of room to effectively practice safe social-distancing. Last time purchasing Acura. I am a lifetime Acura owner, but this will be the last time I ever purchase an Acura or recommend anybody to Acura. Purchased the 2019 Acura RDX almost 2 years ago, and have never regretted a purchase so much before. It is the most unreliable vehicle I have ever owned. The vehicle has been in for service more times than I have been able to drive it. I have driven a loaner vehicle more often than my own purchased vehicle. The transmission has failed on me numerous times, had to have the vehicle towed last time to the dealership because it completely broke down. There isn't a moment I start the vehicle and happy with it. I am nervous at every stop light of pushing the gas and the vehicle not moving or switching gears like it has done numerous times to me. I don't feel comfortable letting my girlfriend, mom, or little brother drive the vehicle because at any moment the vehicle could stop functioning and put their lives at danger in traffic. The sound system has yet to work with my phone via the USB cable, half the time doesn't even charge my phone, so for 2 years now I have not been able to listen to my own music or use my phone navigation with the Carplay features. The lane keep assist battles with itself to keep inside the lanes throwing the car left to right trying to stay in the lane. The braking system is very unreliable as well, do not rely on the smart braking features to come to a stop!!! Overall I am truly unhappy with my purchase of such a luxury vehicle. I will never purchase an Acura again. As well recommend my family, friends, and loved ones to stay as far away from Acura as possible!!

This was a scheduled service appointment and it went very smoothly. I was greeted at check-in and the initial paperwork was taken care of. My service rep came to me within in minutes to review what they were going to accomplish on this visit. I had a time restraint which they noted and say it would not be a problem. Before the initial service time allotted they were finished, the car washed and all the paperwork was completed. The entire process, including working with the people, was great. They, the dealership and people, when out of their was to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. GREAT JOB by everyone.

My Sales Associate Chuck was good Knowledgable, Paul the sales manager was respectful and professional. ZACK KELLER was EXTREMELY RUDE! He is the CFS/MANAGER there are people in this world that that believe they are the SMARTEST PERSON in the room ZAK KELLER thinks he is one of the persons, unfortunately for him I am not one those persons who are intimidated by a person like him ,this fueled his frustration which led to many uncomfortable and unpleasant situations throughout our transaction. My wife felt SUPER EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! I could only assume how many customers or potential customers he has offended over the years! He claims to be the head persons at the dealership. I would only hope that auto nation would have a talk with him maybe a refresher coarse on Humility and respect for the intellect of others would be par for the coarse! This I believe has hurt auto nations image as a leader in automobile dealership sales! I am not one ever to even do surveys but i had to make an exception . I have purchased many cars too many to count over my lifetime and dealt with hundreds of sales associates and managers but have never come across someone so blatantly pompous with his reactions. To name a few of his offenses if you don?t purchase all of his add on?s at the end of your deal you must be an IGNORANT PERSON! This is how he tries to make his customers feel! If you don?t take the financing he offers or go into a lease that he believes works for him since (HE IS THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM) you must be stupid! He uses tactics such as the pregnant pause and a look of dismay and indifference! This truly was the worst experience of all times closing a deal at a dealership! Which should be a Joyous occasion. As I mentioned I have purchased hundreds of cars over the coarse of years YES I AM A CAR ENTHUSIAST! My wife who always gives everyone the benefit of the doubt was so uncomfortable that she couldn?t let it go in fact I am sitting here on a Sunday Morning at her request to do this review on my time of rest relaxation and leisure! I love AutoNation Acura North Orlando! Spiros Kopsidas is the best Service Advisor. He is so warm and transparent! He always makes sure that my car has a full comprehensive safety condition inspection?-battery, full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, brake check and tire checks all summed up with a complimentary car wash! The wait time is relatively low and is very pleasurable with complimentary beverages and snacks while watching HGTV!

Went into dealership for routine service, however, I indicated that a TCMP warning light had come on. Waited for the car at the dealership and was told it was ready only to find out upon leaving the dealership that the TCMP light was still on. Pulled back into the dealership and was told I'd have to come back to have the sensor replaced. I live one hour away and have to drive to Tampa this week. Very disappointed...........

This was one of the best sales experiences ever buying a new vehicle. Joshua Parazine the Autonation sales representative was exceptionally responsive. Due to my long distance from the dealership simple negotiations were by email. I immediately knew that I was at the right place because of the favorable MSRP discounts Josh advised. A final sale price was agreed by email and also telephone. Vehicle pickup was scheduled for early October. The extremely pleasant experience continued and other incentives were explained by Josh when purchasing an Autonation vehicle. At no time was there any typical ‘car salesman’ pressure applied by Josh. The least palatable part of the dealership experience came during completing the sale in a side office. After returning home with time now to review all 27 signed contract pages (mostly front and back) there may have been a slightly different outcome. I may or may not need all agreed to items. My bottom line is that Autonation is indeed the way to go when purchasing a new vehicle. The salesmen, in this case Josh, was specially knowledgeable and highly qualified to work on their behalf. I believe this was my best ever new car purchase experienced when dealing with new car salesmen. Josh was outstanding in all aspects of the new car sale.

When I got to the dealer they jumped right on the project and I was on my way in just over one hour. Highly recommend Carolyn and the dealership. Honest, great work, clean and very friendly staff. Without their help I would have had to go hotel searching. One last note, four tire stores did not have the tire or would not install it until the next day.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from this dealership. I signed the papers on a lease deal and took delivery of an Acura TLX late Sunday night after the dealership had closed (around 6:30 p.m.), following an unnecessarily long negotiating period, and wait for the paperwork and the car to be prepared. I had been choosing between the Acura TLX and a BMW 320i. The following day, at around 1:00 p.m.) I received a revised offer from BMW for a significantly lower monthly lease payment (around 15% less than both the prior BMW offer and what I was paying Acura). I recognize that BMW should have been a little more timely with their best and final offer, but it was still a big chunk of change ($1,800 over the 36 monthy lease period) that I would be foolish to not pursue. I immediately called the Acrua dealership, provided them with a copy of the offer from BMW, and gave them the option of reducing my lease payments by about 10% (about $1,100 over the lease term), or voiding the deal and taking back their car. I even offered to pay them for the 30 miles I drove between the dealership and my house, and any other out of pocket fees they incurred. To my surprise, the State of Florida does not have a 72 hour cooling off period on auto lease deals, but I expected that a luxury car dealership would want to maker sure that its customers are happy, and would be more concerned with maintaining a good reputation and long term customer (I have driven nothing but Hondas and Acuras for the last 28 years) than insisting on going forward with a deal that was less than 24 hours old. If Acura truly had made their best and final offer to me, they could simply take back the car, which they could easily sell to another customer, and hand me back my used Acura TL, which was still on the lot. After multiple calls with multiple AutoNation representatives (sales person, supervising manager, and finally general manager) over a 5 hour lapse of time, the final response from AutoNation Acura to my offer was a big fat NO. They refused to either void the deal, or provide any reduction on the lease price, and offered no other accommodation; not even a free oil change. (BMW, by the way, provides free maintenance throughout the lease term.) The worst part about this experience is that I love the car, and the joy and satisfaction of the new car experience has now been ruined because of the short-sighted approach of the managers at this dealership. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied AutoNation Acura customer, and will not be recommending this dealership to any of my friends or acquaintances.

Straight up [non-permissible content removed]. These guys give used car salesmen bad names. On the phone, indicated a list price of $25k was for sale at $23k. Drove over 100 miles round trip. At the dealer, the price was the original list price and the used car manager accused us of being "confused" with so many internet listings and that the email listed the correct price. Not an apology, just condescension and an attempt to provide a google class on internet used car searches. Full disclosure, the email matched the on site offer, however, the bait and switch technique to get customers on site is unconscionable.

Our sales guy Dan Moyer did a great job in helping us get into a used car at a good price. We drove 2 hours to see the car and we we not diapointed. The whole staff at auto nation Acura was awsome.

Great service! Brought my MDX in for a blinker plate replacement and while being worked on my battery died, still under warranty and without questions they replaced the battery and got me out the door within 1.5 hrs. Spiro was excellent to work with, would definitely recommend!

We were in the market for a new car and had looked a four other dealerships , lexus , jeep , cadillac and nissan. We were so disappointed the way the salesman did the bate and switch the pushy tactics and the overall cars we test drove just did not feel right. We stopped by Acura and was greeted right away . The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He brought us the cars we wanted to test drive instead of walking the lot in the heat. That was a huge plus. The sale manager introduced himself and helped work the numbers and gave us all available discounts. We were very impressed with how everyone involved and the whole experience went. I have been dealing with AutoNation since I bought my first TL in 2002, I have no one else other than AutoNation Acura service my car Aura and this includes the purchase of my 2012 TL in 2014. AutoNation is the best service arrangement I have ever had with any vehicle I have owned. They are totally professional and any service has always been performed right the first time. I often recommend AutoNation to my friends and acquaintenances.

Went to dealership and got an excellent price on the car. The issue came over the dealer "add on" sticker. The items were inflated beyond control and there was no negotiation those items down. Ended up being a $2000.00 charge which I refused to pay. Items were that infamous "protection" package and something call a PRO PACK. After getting back home and doing my research that ProPack was inflated over 400%. Honestly would not recommend this dealer....Went to another dealer and got a better selling price, more for my trade, and the PRO PACK accessories for free!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying that if you're looking for the absolute best Service Department anywhere, then this is the place. Adam is the General Manager, and Brian and Kenny are Service Managers, all of whom took great care of us after we bought our gently used 2005 Infiniti QX56. The person who owned it obviously took great care of it, and it runs perfectly! However, when Acura took it in on trade they did a thorough inspection and found that the steering column, front brakes, and oil filter housing seal were in need of repair. All of which was completed prior to me even looking at the vehicle. We bought the car at the end of October 2014 as a birthday present for my wife. She had been driving a 2000 Ford Expedition that we bought in 2004 with 70k miles on it (it was an excellent car). But after two kids and 190k miles it was time to retire the old girl. The Infiniti suited our needs perfectly, and we purchased it, even though it already had 100k miles on it. But, since Acura took it on trade, and with the great condition it was in, I went ahead and got it. Unfortunately, soon after driving it home, the steering column was loose. So, I called Acura, and they said to bring it back in for them to evaluate whether they could do anything. Well, they did something all right. They kept the car until they could locate a suitable replacement steering column, and provided us with a loaner vehicle, not once, but three separate times while they ordered and replaced five different steering columns. Also, that in that same time period, during one of the few weeks we had the car back, the brake system failed and I had to have it repaired at a cost of $1250. But, that's merely a coincidence of the timing. Acura took care of that repair in as best of a cost effective manner as possible. In the time that weve owned the car, weve actually only had it in our possession for about two months as Brian and Kenny were relentless in their mission to ensure that we were totally happy. They also took care of a few other minor issues: the side mirror switch had to be replaced, the ignition switch was loose and they had to order new bolts. All of which, they had to order parts and incur labor hours to repair. I cant say enough great things about the level of service, respect, and willingness to provide great customer service that Autonation Acura of Sanford has provided my family. My Wife loves the car, and the kids cant get enough of all the space it provides. Thank you Autonation Acura for all you did for us. Jack Gross, Lake Mary, FL.

Great Experience! One hour and 15 minute drive to dealership so it was critical that details of purchase were worked upfront. Matthew Carducci negotiated price, terms, over email/phone and was straight forward, honest and respectful. Was super impressed at dealership that the Hyundai Genesis was in prisitne condition and Matthew/Acura North Orlando conducted the sale quickly in accordance with the terms we agreed to via email.

After blowing my right rear tire on Rt. 95 near Lorton, VA, getting the spare tire put on by AAA. getting on the car train from Lorton to Sanford, FL, we called Auto Nation in Sanford and talked to the Service Manager who agreed to replace our spare with a new tire. We arrived and were so pleased that the new tire was put on and our luggage reloaded in an hour and a half. We had a four hour drive ahead of us to Naples, FL. Thank you Auto Nation!

All negotiations are completed via the internet. So u have an expectation that the deal should be completed quickly upon arrival. Then why does it take several hours? Because the sales manager gets involved and plays his game on the trade-in. Takes u for a ride tells u people get sentimental etc etc all rather insulting. I felt like I was being played. A sophisticated buyer knows his numbers and doesn't need the auction/I need money to fix it up spiel. Just make a fair offer to a return customer. For some reason he would not do it. I walk into carmax off the street and they treat me better that the my Acura dealer. I judge by what people do NOT by what they say...I don't like having my time wasted, but it did not seem important . I found this quite annoying and disappointing. I guess after buying cars for the last 40+ years nothing much has changed.......at least this time....

If you plan on internet buying at this dealership you will enjoy working with Gerry. He did a great job!! If you have a trade stay way from his boss Adam, he will treat you like a child, and NOT give you a "fair" price for the trade. He wasted my time by forcing me to go to carmax for a fair quote. I brought it back and it was accepted. Not a good taste in my mouth after that one...the difference was +$500 on the trade-- on nearly a $50,000 purchase of a return customer (???) Still puzzled to this day on why I was put thru that :( Carmax treats there first time customers quite fair in comparison...i give Gerry 5 stars and Adam 1! Met the GM today he seemed like a good guy....

I bought my first car, an Acura RDX 2014 about a week ago. Glen was my car salesman. He was awesome and made my car buying experience stress and pressure free! Glen also gave me the best price! I had been looking for awhile in different cities, online, etc. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I test drove the car and he took the time out to explain all the features to me. Saw a used G37 for sale, at this dealer, via Auto Trader. The price listed was decent and had the word "reduced" beside it. After reading the description it appeared it did not have Nav in it but looking at the photos, the Nav screen was clearly visible. I sent a note to the dealer to confirm it had Nav before coming in and dealer, after several emails suggesting I should just "come in anyway", finally confirmed it had Nav and several other things they were not aware but they then RAISED the price on the car and changed the description to include their new found "treasure". Normally I would be fine with someone making a mistake but dealer then tried to suggest I had not seen the lesser price offered AND tried to low ball me on a possible trade as, apparently, a way to sway me away from pushing them on the price they had orginally asked for the car. Very deceptive.

The sales person was very knowledgeable ,they paired my cell phone to the car and made sure i knew how to operate everything in the Acura. We were going to buy a car through Courtesy Acura in Sanford, Florida and went up to make the purchase. We had agreed on a price for the MDX. Then, the sales manager, Jose, comes out and tells us we can have any car we want except for the one color we had asked for. He said he would have to raise the price by $2000.00 if we wanted that particular color. This was AFTER they had already said they would honor the price and knew the color of the car we wanted. They had the car available and it didn't cost them anything extra for that color, but since he was the only one in the state with that color he was trying to make more money off of it. I have friends that have an Acura and when they were up there to get it serviced they asked Jose about this and he told them that someone was coming to buy it at a higher price the next day and he couldn't tell us this. However, this too was a lie, because the car was still there 4 days later. The bottom line here is this guy was playing everyone. Unfortunately, when you have someone like this in charge it affects everyone that works there. We ended up getting the color we wanted in Lakeland and let me tell you - that dealership was fantastic to work with. What a world of difference. They were honest and went over and above to get us the color we wanted at the same price we were going to pay at courtesy in Sanford. They spent 2 1/2 hours going over the car and stayed and hour past closing to make sure we knew everything about the car. Make the extra drive to Lakeland. If you look at their reviews they are much better than Courtesy which is no surprise when you have someone like Jose in charge. Don't deal with Sanford, they lie and only look out for their best interest, NOT the customers.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from this dealership. I switched to Courtesy Acura about four to five years ago after I had been dissatisfied with the service at Fountain Acura in the south side of town. It is not convenient for me, but thought I had been given great service here over the years. My awakening all started last March when I had to have my radiator replaced after my engine overheated on my way home one night. I asked the service advisor to have them check over my car to see if there is anything else wrong. They said all that was needed was a new radiator and an oil change. The hoses and thermostat was not replaced. I was not impressed with my advisor - she seemed uninformed on what the service department had done, and unwilling to go above and beyond. She was not there on Saturday morning when I picked up my car, so my checkout experience was less than remarkable. In just a few weeks I have two of my tires replaced at another shop and find out that a CV joint needs replacing and an engine mount was broken. These were items that were not identified when I asked Acura to look over my car to see if there were any other issues. Less than ten months after getting my radiator replaced, I find out that my radiator system is not working properly because the the system was not properly pressurized and I had a leak in the system. I had to have the hoses, thermostat and radiator cap replaced. I did not go to Acura. Two short weeks later, I find out I have to have my timing belt and balance shaft belt replaced because they were hitting the timing belt case. They were rotating in a "sloppy" manner indicative of not being properly rotated. This was at 109,000 miles. At just over 77,000 miles I had both of these belts replaced when I had my clutch replaced at Acura. Again, I had this work done at an independent shop. I am getting better customer service and more reliable car repair at an independent shop than my auto maker's dealership. Isn't that supposed to be their claim to fame so to speak? If you are going to charge higher prices than an independent shop, make it worth my while to go out of my way to get up to your dealership and pay your higher prices. Instead, they have been performing substandard work that I am now having to refix somewhere else. I will not trust Acura to touch my car again and rest assured I will not be purchasing another Acura. It's a shame too, because for an automobile that is supposed to be so reliable, the service department sure is becoming a liability for them they may not soon be able to afford.

I purchased my Acura new in Kansas City. The dealer there was everything that I expected an Acura dealer to be. They would take care of any issues before you even asked. For example, the brakes were pulsating when I came to a stop from highway speeds after 1 year/20k miles. The dealer in KC shaved the rotors and replaced the front breaks under warranty without any questions. When you took your car in for service they would offer you a loaner if it was anything more than an oil change. If you wanted to wait they would allow you to order Panera Bread for lunch on them. The dealership was always clean and they would make fresh cookies while you waited. This in my opinion was everything an Acura dealership should be. Courtesy on the other hand always gives me the impression that I am bothering them. That they are too busy, and that they are doing me a favor by setting an appointment. As far as getting a loaner car goes you must request one 1-2 weeks in advance because they cut back their loaner supply since less people are buying new Acuras right now. In addition I had the same problem again 1 year later with the brakes and they wanted to charge me for the breaks instead of fixing them under warranty. Also, my wife and I needed to run a few errands while we were waiting and there was a loaner car available, but it had to be back in a few hours. The service specialist seemed like they didn't want to loan the car to us even though it was only for an hour. I feel like the service I have received from this dealership has been subpar even for a Honda dealership. I really wish they would step up and give the service that Acura dealerships should be giving, but I realize that I will probably have to find another dealership instead.

They were my service dealership because they were the closest. The staff have always been friendly and professional, but several incidents have led me to conclude that they do not have the costumer's best interest in mind. A. After receiving some warranty work at their body shop, I come home only to find out that almost half of my car, including my custom wheels, was covered with paint overspray. They offered me a free detailing to compensate. B. After getting my free detail, I discover that somebody had played with my aftermarket radio, going so far as to changing all of my presets. C. I bring my car in the morning for a warranty job. The advisor said it wouldn't be more than two hours. Three hours later, they give me a loaner because they fell behind. The advisor said work was slow that day because one of the techs was getting married and the other techs decided to give him an impromptu party. D. They replace the Idler Air Control Valve in my car in October 2006. It goes bad in January 2007. They replace it under warranty. It goes bad again in December 2007. I wind up paying for a new one because, according to the advisor, the one-year warranty starts from when I purchased it, not from the last time they had to replace it. I sure hope the valve lasts more than twelve months. I would hate to have to go back there for anything.
