Even after the purchase I had a couple of concerns and Gian and the sales manager addressed them and fixed them promptly. They serviced and detailed the truck, and also put on a set of new tires. My husband and I had a great experience with Mr. Francois and Kyle. We were able to do everything electronically, so when we got there all we had to do was test the car out and sign the papers. Took less than an hr, where with other dealers we've dealt with took half of our day. I will definitely be coming back if we are in the market for another car.

BUYER BEWARE predatory and unlawful, usury loan practice. Florida, for example, has an 18 percent interest rate cap on consumer loans greater than $4,000 and up to $25,000. With the maximum being 25% is what I have read I have filed a complaint and have all the communication and screenshots because they wanted to charge 27.11% interest for a car at $10,000 and pay $350 a month for 60 months

Just thought I'd share our experience with Autonation Acura the only reason for 2 stars is because the sales person was welcoming and helpful. We were looking to buy a 2022 Acura Mdx, after demonstration of the vehicle and working numbers the desk manager comes out and pretty much tell us how most dealer are getting over sticker for new cars? And pretty much insinuated how we should be appreciative of that not being the case at there store. What's worst okay you like to sell us the cars for sticker but then was low balling us on the our trade by a sum of $3500.00 So just do your homework, we drove to a different dealership and they gave us a fair trade value for our trade.

Tom the finance Manager went above and beyond to make our purchase easy and worth while , You’ll see what I mean when it comes down to the paper work, he will throw in perks that you’ll appreciate! He is a regular guy and treats you like you are family ... we live in Kissimmee and drove all the way out to Sanford. We first spoke with Ghazi our sales consultant, he was honest , communicative , kind and helpful, ask for Ghazi when you get there , I have a long text thread with him and he jumped through hoops for us answering our questions about the truck we were interested in and being genuine. We purchased a gorgeous ESV Cadillac Escalade! So very happy , they wrapped up the transaction, smoothly and quickly, they had various finances plans to choose from … We got there at 5 and we had so much enjoyment we stayed till closing! We could have gone out for drinks with them , They are good people The best party is we left our trade there and took the new vehicle home!! … Easy easy easy ! Did I mention how easy the process was ? EASY! Super happy with both the processes, customer service and genuineness! A typical dealership inclined to employing undesirable practices. Bought a brand new car from them and they added a ton of extras which I explicitly said I didn't want. The agreed base price during the initial sales talk wasn't honored as well. I regretted having signed the paperwork prior to seeing the full price breakdown (they show that towards the end of the stack when you're almost done signing - too late!). Lastly, the salesperson said they will not honor outside financing, which may understandable during these times, but the thought of being lied to is just appalling! Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I will never do business with them again.

I bought a certified prepared car a couple months back and I had the pleasure of meeting “Q” the salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable on Acura as a brand and everything that they stand for. He spent his time on educating me on the in and outs of the RDX. I can say I completely made an informed decision when buying my car. Recently, I took it in for my first oil change and Carolyn really took care of me. Super easy process of checking in, and getting my concerns addressed. The complimentary car wash and vacuuming was the cherry on top of my visit. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone

I always go here for my services on my truck but this time I was charged for a service I already had done by the same company on Jan 2022 spark plugs. I know I needed a service done but couldn’t remember exactly. I asked my agent to verify and said the spark plugs hasn’t been changed. So we replaced them again. My issue is the actual service guys wasn’t able to tell if the spark plugs were new due to them being only 90 days old? So it questions, work being done to my car and if I can trust if work is really being done right. The service guy apologized for the mishap and dealership agreed to put what I paid credited towards what I actually need to get done which is the timing belt service. I hope this doesn’t occur again & maybe I’ll get a discount rate for my timing belt service when I return for the inconvenience.Im not wealthy yet to pay for services unneeded ;) but overall staff is nice

After 4 hours for oil change we left and we were 5 miles away and noticed they had not reset to reflect oil change status on car- had to go back for them to reset. Paperwork shows they checked battery and it was ok. 3 days later had a completely dead battery.

I went in there to buy a 75k dollar car. They told me I couldn’t test drive because the mechanic was working on the car which is understandable. I told them to contact me when he’s done so I could come back and drive it. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no call back. I look on the website and the car is still available. My experience at Autonation Acura was great. Lee, my service advisor, was courteous, professional and resolved the issues with my Acura. I am new to Central Florida and did not know where to go to service my ride. I ended up at AutoNation because I had a very negative experience at Fountain Acura. After my visit at Fountain, they never followed up with me or returned any of my calls and this is not what I am accustomed to from Acura. I plan to continue going to Autonation Acura even though it is not my closest option.

This dealership has great deals, but there is a reason for it. There was something wrong with the AC when test drove the vehicle, so they said they will fix it and deliver the vehicle later in the week. The vehicle arrived and everything seemed fine until a few days later as the heating stopped working. Dropped it off at another dealership and they said the last person that worked on the car put the wrong cooling liquid in it, it will cost 16k to repair everything as it ruined the heating core and more.

The only great thing about the service I received at this dealership was the shuttle driver who was kind and courteous. Because I don’t drive very much anymore instead of going with another Mercedes Benz I decided to buy a smaller car and bought an Acura. Eddie was great from the minute we walked on the lot. Test drove the RDX and fell in love. We did come back a separate time to check what else was on lot and Q was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and wasn't pushy at all. I have been looking all over the state and after many calls and communicating with various dealers, I felt AUTONATION Acura was the most transparent. Adam, the general manager, answered ALL my questions. I will say, as a female, this is the first time in a long time, I did not hear any sexist comments or get treated differently. I have shopped for new cars in past few years for I have heard some comments but this time was different. If I have to shop around for another vehicle, will stop here again to see what they have first!

After narrowing it down, I went with the initial car I set my eyes on. Since the car was at the Sanford location I had to agree to purchasing it even though I haven’t seen the car. I said forget that and my husband and I made the trip to Sanford. And I’m glad we did. I called in advance and told them I was on my way to test drive the 2014 Nissan Sentra. They just got the car a couple of days prior and I was the first one to test drive it. I loved it! I put a deposit so they can take it off the market and they actually, I didn’t believe them. Four days later the car was mine. We went up there after work, we took it for another test drive, I asked lots of questions and we ended up leaving around 11pm. The finance guy Kyle was cool, he wasn’t trying to rush through so he could go home and he found me a really lender with a great Apr. And Castro, my sales person, stayed there until everything was finalized. Really cool guys who made my first car buying experience surprisingly very pleasant. Thanks Acura AutoNation.

Made appt on phone for oil change,/tire rotation, I was told about 2 hours so I confirmed appt at 10am with shuttle service Arrived at 9:55 left car with outside crew, was told to sit inside, 10:20 rep had me sign paperwork, I asked where I get shuttle, she said it just left. She didn’t know I needed a shuttle. She said it’s an outside company taking appts so that’s why this happens. I asked how long for shuttle, she didn’t know, I asked her to please find out. I waited outside 5 min and overheard technician tell another that they booked 4 appts for the same time. So, I asked for my keys and left. Made appt at Tire kingdom, in and out in less than an hour.

Make sure if your going to drop off your vehicle without an appt for any reason to be serviced, just know you will be treated as a non factor and told you have been waiting for a service advisior for an hr because no appt was made.As an acura owner of 2 vehicles, I will rather travel then be treated as such again.

In the search of a new Acura, I contacted several dealers in the Florida area, only to find out they were charging way above MSRP due to the current low production/high demand occurring in the automotive industry as a result of Covid. In addition to the mark up, the dealers with whom I spoke, couldn't guarantee a delivery date, just giving an approximated window of 3 to 6 months after placing the order. I almost gave up on an Acura but, although AutoNation was a little far from where I lived, with little hope, I gave them a call to rest assured I really tried all my alternatives, as between my considered options, my first choice was really an MDX. I reached Ghazi in AutoNation Acura of North Orlando. I was very relieved as he confirmed they were not charging any unfairly marked up prices plus he let me know the exact week that my car would arrive for pick up if I placed my order. I immediately did and as promised by Ghazi, in just 6 weeks, I had my new MDX. Ghazi was extremely professional and diligent, keeping me up to date on the production/delivery status of the car by his self initiative. Due to time constraints, I couldn't pick up the car as soon as it arrived so Ghazi was very kind and attentive into working around my schedule and needs. Although the car had to be in the dealer several days before I had the opportunity to pick it up, it was kept secured with a big SOLD sign in it, respecting the fact that it was already sold. On pick up day, Ghazi went over the car features in great detail with me, he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The buying transaction went very smooth and the whole staff with whom I interacted in AutoNation treated me in a very professional manner. I'm really happy with my new car and glad I gave it one more shot when I decided to call AutoNation of north Orlando! I write this review, as merit should be given to those who deserve it!

I was very upset when I picked up my RDX they had disconnected my granddaughter's car seat, I am not sure why, and they had just set it back in the back seat..not hooked in plus facing the wrong way. Also their service department is very difficult to get hold of. If I didn't have a prepaid maintenance plan, I would get my service elsewhere.

Bought my first brand new Acura here! They were all very friendly and helpful. Brenna helped with the initial requests to help me get my ILX A-spec. She was very quick to respond and stay in contact with me during the process. She took the time at delivery to really walk through the features on the vehicle and quickly fixed a small issue that came up with the interior lights. ABSOLUTELY A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I arrived at 740am and was the first customer at svc dept that morning. I told gentleman I had an 8am apt and he looked and could not locate my appointment. So I showed him my email confirmation. I was there for svc B123 on my MDX (replacing oil/filter, rotate tires and replace engine/cabin filters). The Advisor Jeff confirmed the services and Total cost will be 189.00. I ended up waiting for almost 4hrs (no kidding). Few people who came after me, left before me. Finally Advisor came in and call me to pay the bill. At that point I was so agitated to say the least. So when he told me bill is a whopping 420.00. I was like HUH?????. I just swipe my card and left, too upset to even ask how we went from 189 to 420. Finally driving away, I looked at the services and noticed Transmission fluid for 169. The Advisor never discussed anything about Transmission fluid and at 88k miles, I highly doubt the fluid needed to be change. An adt 36.00 for MISC Charges and Tire balance for 66.00. No apologies for waiting that long neither an explanation for the additional svcs which I never asked for. Live and learn, NEVER GO TO A DEALERSHIP FOR SIMPLE SERVICE.

I bought a 2019 RDX and is pleased with the purchase. The disheartening part of my experience was getting my title. I was charged $124 for a $10 process to get my title then had to wait a whole month to get it. But before I got the title, I was told that there was lien on the vehicle. How do you sell someone a vehicle with a lien on it. Jeff was very helpful and responsive to all my emails and texts at all time and made sure I got my title. *Fraud Alert* They sell defective vehicles. When I bought my Accord on 10/16/2021, I heard some noise from tires as I drove outside the dealership. Brought it back and was told by service that all was good. As I driving back home I kept hearing the same noise and got it checked by local honda JUST 2 WEEKS later (see attached proof of date purchased and inspection date). It turns out all the rotors/discs and pads had worn out (see attached proof) and they made me a $1500 bill. I tried to call the dealership. Not only did the sales manager refuse to talk, the sales associate (John) was extremely rude. I would recommend avoiding these people at all costs if possible.

I love my new car, I got the Acura MDX a-spec, which is very luxurious and sporty. I learn new things on my own everyday just by being in the car and observing what's happening. It has so many automatic things that normally you would have to do that really help you, and example would be when you back up not only does it have a backup mirror but your rear view mirrors angle downward so you can see the line on the ground and the cars next to you. The staff was very nice, I do think that they did not give me enough for my trade in, especially considering I had brand new tires with less than 100 miles on them and a nice trailer hitch and the car was in perfect working condition. When I challenged them they gave me the comparable rate to what I looked up online, but then they deducted $1,300 telling me they needed to paint my car and fix the door knob. That seems kind of extreme because the car didn't seem to me like it needed to be painted. I should have just kept my other car that I traded in and sold it on my own, I would have gotten probably five or $6,000 more. My sales advisor told me about a bunch of options on the car, that I have since found out are not available on my car, but a different version. I went through two weeks of frustration trying to find in the manual or just playing around with the car to see if I could get it to perform what she told me. When I went back I found out she had quit her job. They charged me $200 more for the pinstriping on the outside of my car, but when I came back after they were applying it, I saw that they put pinstriping on every new SUV on the lot. I felt like they were charging me for something that should have already come on the car. Don't get me wrong I really love the car, and I love the options inside and it is so comfortable that I find myself sitting in it in my driveway when I get home from work listening to music and relaxing in the comfortable chairs not wanting to go into my house, lol. I love the cruise control where it will even manage your steering wheel for you when you're going over 45 on the highway, and it will break and slow the car down gently without stopping your cruise control when cars in front of you slow down, it will automatically start resuming to your speed when the cars get going. The facility is beautiful and they have several options of beverages and TV and nice couch seating to sit in while you're waiting for things to be done on your car. I had a trailer hitch added and they lent me a loaner car which was really nice to have while I was waiting for the hitch to be put on. Jeff the service department was amazing! He and his coworker even took quite amount of time after the service was over when I was picking up my card just to show me how to use some of the options inside. Jeff was so great! I looked at multiple cars on Saturday and when I looked at the Acura I was sold. The TLX was the most affordable car I test drove that day and it rode way smoother then any other car I drove. But Jeff’s customer service and sale skills were awesome. Whatever you do, don’t try and sell your car to them. I was selling my jeep on my facebook marketplace and one the dealers (Gian Grant) messaged me trying to buy it for the dealership, we agreed on a price. Then I took time out of my day to drive it down to the dealership. Where we could close the deal. Gian Grant a dealer that doesn’t know his right from his left. Made a “mistake” and said the dealer is only able to spend 20k instead of 27k which is the price we agreed on. He tried to talk us down and came back with a price that was lower then NADA. So thanks Acura and Gian Grant for wasting 2 hours of my day. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH GIAN GRANT OR ACURA!

My experience with AutoNation Acura was the ideal dealer experience and that coming from someone who worked at a car dealer before as a salesman. I called ahead and spoke with Brenna because of my work hours I did not have too much time I let her know what I was looking for. I came by and she had me speak to Nick, he showed me around a new tlx but unfortunately that one had just sold. He suggested a higher more expensive trim level. I saw no way of making that happen but he was able to get me down to the price point i wanted without any unnecessary back and forth. Brenna did incredible at delivering the vehicle and making sure I knew about all the extra features. I would highly recommend asking for Brenna or Nick.

I am very satisfied with their service department. Typically, when I take my car, Jeff is my Service Advisor. I have a prepaid maintenance plan so typically I don't have to worry about some unexpected charges. One thing I say they are good at is communication. When I take my car there for service, I will get a text for updates or if the mechanic found something that deserves attention. During my last visit (oil change, tire rotation, transmission fluid replacement, etc) I was concerned that my service plan was over (since it is based on miles). Jeff was kind enough and went the extra mile and called the warranty company (prepaid plan) and he was able to get our service covered even though my service coverage was only good for 35,000 and my odometer was 36,150. Those types of things deserved to be mentioned during a review.

I set aside a weekday morning to have a pre purchase inspection completed on a vehicle for sale, only to be told that I would need to reschedule with my independent shop, due to another customer being interested in the vehicle. Autonation’s online reservation tool does not work, and despite offering to leave a deposit on the vehicle to reserve it, I have not heard anything from the dealer regarding reserving a car. Despite wasting additional time at the whims of this dealership, I proceeded to have the inspection completed, which turned up a few shoddy repairs (brake line sensors not replaced, missing trim pieces etc.) in addition to a leaking oil pan, none of which was disclosed during the week I had been communicating with the dealer. The dealer has so far refused to complete any of these repairs. I can only imagine who else they refused to disclose these issues to. Be wary of vehicles offered for sale as is by this dealer.

Update- I have been having issues with getting the parts for my car after being rear ended back in April. Victor went above and beyond to help assist me with the process: made sure the parts were coming, I had a rental, and my car would be completed. Wish I could give a good review, but this dealerships customer service after the sale is terrible. I am passed 30 days from my purchase date and I still have no title work to register my vehicle and the temp tag is about to expire. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue as this is a common problem, buy my salesman Michael Thomas ignores my text messages and emails now that the sale is complete and multiple calls to the dealership end in someone taking my number and stating they will call me back but never do. I love my vehicle, buy will most likely never purchase from this dealership again and can’t recommend them. UPDATE: After this post, my sale rep contacted me and apologized for not responding to my previous inquiries. As of today, my paperwork and a new temp tag are supposed to be in the mail, but I am still frustrated that it took this effort to get here instead of the dealership being proactive and sending another temp tag and reaching out to me if they knew there would be delays. If paperwork is received soon, I will update and increase my star rating for this review. FINAL UPDATE: Everything eventually got sorted. It took longer than it should and was more complicated than it needed to be, but everything worked out so I am increasing my rating to a 4.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire check since one of my tires was letting air out and I was having to add air every 2 or 3 days. Left the car and received a call from the service department telling there was a hole in the tire that could not be fix and of course asked for me to replace it....$320. I asked the lady 3 or 4 times to make sure with the technician that was the case because I was returning my lease in about 2 months and would have loved to just get it fixed to what she said..."you can either replace it, or don't, is up to you". Long story short.... ended up taking my car to a tire place near my house, to find out it was just an air valve leak, which I fixed for $20. Customer service is about trust and atention to detail, so when a situation like this happens, it makes you feel like someone tried to take advantage of you. To say... "there is a whole in your tire" when there is non.... well, is just not right.... was it done on purpose?, or just lazyness, of course is easier just to replace it and have the client pay for it (by the way, around $80 more than outside the dealer, which is another story). I love the Acura brand and I'm hoping this is an isolated incident from a lazy technician... lets hope.

Recently bought a used vehicle here. It was initially a good experience. The sales people were nice and easy to work with. While driving it home on the highway within the first hour I heard a rattling noise. I pulled over and noticed that the engine shield under the car was falling off. I took a picture and sent it to the salesman, who responded promptly telling me I should "just zip tie it back on" once home I took it to the Toyota dealer who provided an initial quote of a little over $1000 to replace the part and fix some paint damage to the bumper. It seems someone pulled too far forward at a concrete parking barrier and did some damage to the underside of the car. I send it to the dealership and requested that they pay it as the car came with this damage. The manager was extremely rude and would not pay for it at all. With the added expense and hassle the car wasn't worth it. I would not recommend this place, they are shady and unprofessional. I reached out to Autonation corporate and never heard back. I would stay away from this company altogether. Since this happened I have shared the story with a number of people and others have had similar experiences with Autonation dealers.

From the minute I expressed interest online, I was met with Brenna's Collins' professional and warm demeanor. On Monday 8-16-21, after my wife had been dealing with salesman Ghazi and finding the car she wanted, I accompanied her to also test drive the car. We absolutely wanted to buy the car and went inside to do the paperwork. After discussing a couple of accessories we wanted and having our credit checked, we waited for the paperwork to be prepared. This took a little while, probably longer than it should have since the salesman came back a couple of times and we had to remind him of the accessories to be added to the worksheet. We also had to remind him to include the small payoff from our trade in after another time. He was a nice guy but seemed new so no big deal. Our frustrations mounted when he was away from us for a minimum of 30 mins. He came back and said it would be 10 more mins. 18 mins later the business manager came to us, I do not recall his name, and said it would be a short while longer. I told him we would be leaving in 5 mins if things weren’t ready. A few minutes later, we were asked how we were going to make our down payment. We responded that we didn’t have a checkbook but could bank transfer the money immediately. Ghazi went to tell this to whomever and then came to say that a transfer would take even longer. This is when my frustration reached its breaking point. I went to the business manager and told him we were leaving. We would go get our checkbook and he could call us tomorrow when everything is ready. He said he doesn’t understand why we would leave. I said do you want to sell the car to me? He said no. I asked for them to have the GM call me the next day and he did not, I had to call him. The GM said that the place becomes like Walmart after 5:00. There were 2 other buyers in the entire store. I guess the GM feels like spending 60k on a car is akin to shopping at walmart. At this point I will tell everyone I know that buying from autonation dealers is a huge mistake.

Got a car in early May and they did not pay off my vehicle in its entirety as said on the contract. They shorted my bank. When I call AutoNation Acura North Orlando my sales persons just tell me that the “check is in the mail” with no other detail. This wonderful car deal just turned to utter garbage as they the sales persons I am working with don’t have access to ability to fix or make right my situation they put me in. They don’t care about the days that go by that I am being chased by collections and my great credit being ruined with this dealership. The staff that sells you the car does not have any power to help you. I have had to fight my way to get emails for higher level managers. Even calling the dealership to ask for the General Managers email and they tell me “they don’t have that info” - complete garbage as AutoNation just wants to create a barrier to avoid issues. When I call and email them - they don’t call back or respond right away until I message them again. Instead of email and voicemail communication - I called and left messages for Michael Thomas and Saed Nimer and they both have not called to even tell me if the email communication I sent has been received or even a call back. BUYER BEWARE as I still do not have a resolve from AutoNation Acura North Orlando - avoid this place Just emails for me to wait so someone else can find someone to help. I am passed 30 days from my purchase date and I still have no title work to register my vehicle and the temp tag is about to expire. Usually this wouldn’t be an issue as this is a common problem, buy my salesman Michael Thomas ignores my text messages and emails now that the sale is complete and multiple calls to the dealership end in someone taking my number and stating they will call me back but never do. I love my vehicle, buy will most likely never purchase from this dealership again and can’t recommend them.

Julianna was an awesome service tech! I brought my 2019 MDX in that I just bought & wanted a full inspection to ensure everything was good before my 7 day return window with Carvana was done. I was there for a total of 2 hours & Julianna gave me updates every 30 minutes on the progress & what had been found thus far. Everything was in the green & I just needed an alignment. Salesperson was ok but Used car MGR was the worst I have ever dealt with in my 30 years of buying cars. He would not give me the price for the RDX or my value of our Cadillac. After test driving the vehicle & liking it we needed to go home to give our dog medicine & said we would definitely consider buying but we wanted to look at a few more vehicles including a Infinity. He told us to go there before he would give us a price. I told him I wanted the BEST price. His comment was that’s not the way it works, & that they need to negotiate. I said I won’t negotiate & I just want your best price. He asked what I wanted for our Cadillac & again I said I want the most I can get. He was EXTREMELY RUDE & asked why I won’t tell him what others are willing to pay for my car. I walked out without getting any price. WOW I buy probably 1-2 cars a year & this was the WORST EXPERIENCE of any dealership I have ever been too.

I give zero Stars. I will never deal with AutoNation ever again. Went and test drove 2016 Jeep Wrangler and I mentioned that the left blinker was not working, keep in mind AutoNation goes to a rigorous vehicle inspection before sale{they even put a blue check mark on everything that has been inspected and passed}. Long story short 7 Days later I take delivery of my vehicle after holding a cashier's check all that time. He had to go to the Jeep dealership and get a new wiring harness so my point is what kind of inspection took place to certify this vehicle somebody's not doing their job. Second of all I traded in a vehicle and AutoNation says they have 30 days to pay off well my payment is due in less than 10 days of when I took delivery. I am responsible for my trade in loan until it gets paid off so now I might have to make another payment on my trade-in vehicle along with my new vehicle payment. Salesperson would tell you everything you want to know but the truth. I would advise to go some other dealer than AutoNation

Update: 5/4/2021 since purchasing our vehicle, we went to our vehicle serviced as part.of our $1350 car maintenance package that included all oil changes and maintenance that was sold to us by the finance manager at the time Ramy, all to find out that our vehicle was never registered for this care maintenance package and to make things worse we have spent countless hours and phone calls to try an retrieve our money back all to find out that certified vehicles cannot have this maintenance package. We called several times and spoke with Josue who was not in the least bit concerned about the fact that they took our money and never once returned one of our 6 phone calls. Every time.we call we have to go to the option for sales for.someone to even answer the phone, everytime we do the same gentleman Jeff answers and says he gave the Josue our message and yet still no call back. They were quick to take our money but not quick to address this issue. It was a false perception that costs us 1350.00. As of yesterday we spoke to Kyle, the finance manager who had no idea that this Eben occurred and yet almost 30 hours later still no call back and no resolution. This is not acceptable business practices. Shame on auto nation and I will not stop til I get back my money owed to me.

I chose a lower mileage newer used vehicle, but in retrospect, had I researched more, I might have gone deeper and looked for features over low mileage in an older model. RUN!!! do not spend your hard earned money with these people just to be treat like nothing once you purchase your vehicle. ALSO, make sure you analyze every detail of your contract prior to purchase, my vehicle purchase was for $12,.000, I put $3,000 down and somehow i will need to pay $27,000 after interest. I understand people who's credit is not the greatest, however this is ridiculous.

Lee was very attentive to the service I was having on my TLX. He explained what needed to be done and my car was washed and ready to go at the end of my visit. Lee went the extra mile and was able to get additional information on the tires I was needing for my vehicle. Lee even called me over the weekend to report what he had found out. I definitely felt he cared about what was needed and wanted to make sure I got a good price for the investment I was about to make.

We were looking for a high-end hybrid sedan. We did not know what to expect as we walked in the showroom. We ended up purchased the last available RLX on the same day. Ms. Ashlynette Matos was very attentive. The interior of the car is beautiful and comfortable. The car runs smoothly and accelerates fast. There are many safety features as well. The only complain is that it would be better to have a button to push for closing the trunk. The electronic navigating system could be upgraded as well.

I was hoping to buy some Acura accessories but they had nothing! They had a tv and beverages. I’ve been to another Auto Nation and they had a cafe, free popcorn and beverages. A movie 🎥 Theatre and a big parts store. My expectations for Acura were much higher.

I leased a vehicle in 2018 and the process was less than favorable. I was told one thing when dealing with one individual and something else when dealing with another. They purchased my vehicle as a trade-in and sent me 2 separate checks over a 30 day period AFTER they said they'd pay the full amount, just like CarMax would. However, much has changed in two years. They were responsive, answered my questions promptly, worked with me to trade-in the leased vehicle and get me a car that fit my budget and made me happy. Very important to me considering I keep my cars for a long time. I'm glad I went back and gave them a second chance.

Your customer service chat lines sucks! Once the individual can’t get a resolve they cut you off and send you an automated message to call back! Well when the air pressure in your tires is going below 25, frankly I would take that seriously. So when I have my blow out, I suspect I can sue Acura, Auto Nation and the tire manufacturer. You can’t secure a loaner. I did not tell the car hey let all the air pressure out so I can have a blow out on the interstate. And I guess I stop my life so I can sit in your waiting area. This is utter crap! 3 year old vehicle...and you should be ashamed of yourself the way your chat room employees treat customers. In my field if I ever spoke to a client in my legal office that way, I would be kicked to the curb. You need to clean house and I can easily start with the three individuals I encountered tonight. I would like a number and contact name for corporate to which all three of your employees were clueless on. Customer service at this dealership sucks!

Have had several Acura’s serviced here, most recently MDX and NSX. Their service can not be beat. If all dealerships had the same service I may not be so brand loyal, but they always do a stellar job. I tried the other local dealer as they pushed new service remodel to try it out and it fell short in every single way. Acura really should be using this location as an example to achieve around the country. I’m not an easy to please customer and they always go above and beyond.

I went in for a routine service and a computer system (transmission) upgrade. While I was there It was recommended that I get the 50K service. Since I had a loaner car, it seemed like the thing to do. Everything was explained to me before, during, and after the service. There were no shocks or unexpected expenses. The sales manager again spoke to me and asked me if he got me the right part would I take my bad review down. I told him yes I would. He ordered the part and it came in a week ago , as my salesman called me to tell me he was putting it in the mail. I thanked him and was waiting for the part. The sales manager called me to inform me that he would not send the part out until I removed or changed my review. I have still not received the new part. The following is an honest assessment of my experience with my Acura dealership. I scheduled my car's service online and the process was very easy. Upon arrival at the dealership , I was promptly greeted by a courteous and friendly staff member, who invited me to take a seat in the waiting area, which is nice but it could use new and updated furniture. I was then greeted by Carolyn, a service associate, and she explained some things regarding the services they were going to provide my car with. She was friendly, personable and professional, and stayed in touch with me all the way through the process. I had requested a ride to my workplace and I was driven there promptly, but the SUV they took me in needed some cleaning. Someone with allergies would have a hard time riding in that vehicle for a longer ride than mine . My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, washed, and vacuumed on the inside. A quick wiping of the dashboard would have been appreciated but it's absence did not detract much from an overall positive experience. Thank you!

I recently had my oil changed completed at AutoNation Acura North Orlando. My service advisor, Lee, was professional and kept me in the loop as I waited two hours. Last time purchasing Acura. I am a lifetime Acura owner, but this will be the last time I ever purchase an Acura or recommend anybody to Acura. Purchased the 2019 Acura RDX almost 2 years ago, and have never regretted a purchase so much before. It is the most unreliable vehicle I have ever owned. The vehicle has been in for service more times than I have been able to drive it. I have driven a loaner vehicle more often than my own purchased vehicle. The transmission has failed on me numerous times, had to have the vehicle towed last time to the dealership because it completely broke down. There isn't a moment I start the vehicle and happy with it. I am nervous at every stop light of pushing the gas and the vehicle not moving or switching gears like it has done numerous times to me. I don't feel comfortable letting my girlfriend, mom, or little brother drive the vehicle because at any moment the vehicle could stop functioning and put their lives at danger in traffic. The sound system has yet to work with my phone via the USB cable, half the time doesn't even charge my phone, so for 2 years now I have not been able to listen to my own music or use my phone navigation with the Carplay features. The lane keep assist battles with itself to keep inside the lanes throwing the car left to right trying to stay in the lane. The braking system is very unreliable as well, do not rely on the smart braking features to come to a stop!!! Overall I am truly unhappy with my purchase of such a luxury vehicle. I will never purchase an Acura again. As well recommend my family, friends, and loved ones to stay as far away from Acura as possible!!

This was a scheduled service appointment and it went very smoothly. I was greeted at check-in and the initial paperwork was taken care of. My service rep came to me within in minutes to review what they were going to accomplish on this visit. I had a time restraint which they noted and say it would not be a problem. I would only hope that auto nation would have a talk with him maybe a refresher coarse on Humility and respect for the intellect of others would be par for the coarse! This I believe has hurt auto nations image as a leader in automobile dealership sales! I am not one ever to even do surveys but i had to make an exception . I have purchased many cars too many to count over my lifetime and dealt with hundreds of sales associates and managers but have never come across someone so blatantly pompous with his reactions. To name a few of his offenses if you don?t purchase all of his add on?s at the end of your deal you must be an IGNORANT PERSON! This is how he tries to make his customers feel! If you don?t take the financing he offers or go into a lease that he believes works for him since (HE IS THE SMARTEST PERSON IN THE ROOM) you must be stupid! He uses tactics such as the pregnant pause and a look of dismay and indifference! This truly was the worst experience of all times closing a deal at a dealership! Which should be a Joyous occasion. As I mentioned I have purchased hundreds of cars over the coarse of years YES I AM A CAR ENTHUSIAST! My wife who always gives everyone the benefit of the doubt was so uncomfortable that she couldn?t let it go in fact I am sitting here on a Sunday Morning at her request to do this review on my time of rest relaxation and leisure! 2019 RDX needed the transmission replaced. This isn?t the dealers fault but the type of auto Acura produces. The service guy tried to tell me how everyone likes the new rdx but I?m differently not sold on this car.

This was one of the best sales experiences ever buying a new vehicle. Joshua Parazine the Autonation sales representative was exceptionally responsive. Due to my long distance from the dealership simple negotiations were by email. I immediately knew that I was at the right place because of the favorable MSRP discounts Josh advised. A final sale price was agreed by email and also telephone. Vehicle pickup was scheduled for early October. The extremely pleasant experience continued and other incentives were explained by Josh when purchasing an Autonation vehicle. At no time was there any typical ‘car salesman’ pressure applied by Josh. The least palatable part of the dealership experience came during completing the sale in a side office. After returning home with time now to review all 27 signed contract pages (mostly front and back) there may have been a slightly different outcome. I may or may not need all agreed to items. My bottom line is that Autonation is indeed the way to go when purchasing a new vehicle. The salesmen, in this case Josh, was specially knowledgeable and highly qualified to work on their behalf. I believe this was my best ever new car purchase experienced when dealing with new car salesmen. Josh was outstanding in all aspects of the new car sale.

We got warning lights on the dash including the air bag light and VSA light. Brought it in and they read the codes and found that our battery was weak and needed to be replaced. Had them replace it. They called and said it was ready. When you pay, it is interesting that they file the car under the service adviser's name. My wife drove the car home. After we got home with the car, I was surprised it was not washed and vacuumed as in the past when we had service. Thought they may have stopped that free service. Then, I noticed on the bill that it was scheduled to be washed for free as part of the service, but it had not been done. Since then the VSA light has come back on which it has done intermittently in the past.

The people who work in the service department are very courteous, helpful and polite. They kept me updated on my cars repair, time when it would be complete and listed several issues that I might want to attend to. They didn’t push me to get these issues done there and then, but did offer. I live quite far from there and I would go there more often if it were closer to my home. I highly recommend their dealership to anyone interested in an Acura, or need service... The woman who took care of me was Macy and she was wonderful....

Fettah is fantastic. He organizes everything and I enjoy that when I arrive all goes quickly and smoothly. They call when its ready and they give you a loaner if the work is going to take more than 3 hours. Plus they wash and vacuum the car when completed. When they did the alignment they provided without asking a read out of before and after.

My buying experience was pretty good. When we left the dealership for our 3 hr drive nack home, realized they did mot put in the mats they said they would. They were still piled in the back of the vehicle. Thr worse thing that happened is that halfway home I realized all out paperwork given to us about out purchase was somebody else?s receipt, etc. I called right away and they said they would overnight it to me but it is now several days later and I still don?t have it. This is a big deal to me.

I left a very positive review on Google in 2018 when we purchased our third Acura vehicle from this dealership. Me and my husband have been customers for purchase and services since 2003 and keep going back for feeling appreciated and amazing customer service. Recently I came to my first oil change since the last purchase 9 months ago. I expressed a concern that my dash board had a flaw, that we did not notice when we purchased the brand new 2018 MDX. The service agent Macy was very polite, attentive to my needs and took pictures to bring it to the attention of service manager Victor. Victor was very courteous, professional and listened to my concern. He assured me that they can take care of the problem. I was provided with the loaned vehicle . Spiro called back to let us know that they will replace our dash board under the vehicle's warranty. The service and the attitude of the staff were impeccable. The service took less time than anticipated and the staff went beyond and above to take care of the problem. It is good to know that they value their long-term customers and can provide the consistent great service through the years, making sure my expectations are met and exceeded. We plan to continue to service our vehicles at this facility and bring our business to this thriving and reputable dealership. Thank you!

After purchasing my Acura from Offlease Only, I started taking it to Victor at AutoNation for service. Victor always makes sure I have what I need, and goes above and beyond to make sure that the car is in tip top shape. They do not try to nickel and dime you like another dealer in the Sanford area. Carolyn was amazing. Out of town and damaged side wall of tire making it unsafe. Called dealer at 2 pm and they told me to come in. When I got to the dealer they jumped right on the project and I was on my way in just over one hour. Highly recommend Carolyn and the dealership. Honest, great work, clean and very friendly staff. Without their help I would have had to go hotel searching. One last note, four tire stores did not have the tire or would not install it until the next day.

Just bought my first Acura, a 2019 RDX, and the sales team did a great job of answering my questions, explaining all the details, and negotiating the price - Fettah Yaaqoubi was my salesperson and he's the type of guy that I will enjoy working with for everything from service to accessories in the future. Amazing experience. I ended my service relationship with this provider in 2015 after a disappointing experience with service agent wanting to push what I felt was unnecessary work. Failed seat belt triggered SRS system disconnect. Life time warranty, so returned to this dealer for remedy. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Pre-ordered part. Suggested a time to come in towards end of day. In/out under two hours including a car wash. Suggested some upcoming fluid changes, otherwise car seemed to be in great condition. (RL 2002). Thanks Victor!

Salesman was Javier and he was excellent with great customer service skills. He was not a pushy, obnoxious sales person. One star taken off for the man that helped me sign final papers and contract. He seemed really annoyed that I didn't sign up for the extended warranty and refused to give me the brochure so I could investigate it a little more at home. The Acura facility was very clean and they offered snacks to my kids which was kind.

I have a 2014 Acura RDX. All the sudden the a/c just stopped working? The car only has 44K miles on it so I would of thought that the warranty would of kicked in. When I took it to AutoNation North Orlando I was told that it was a road hazard issue and to claim it on my insurance. Long story short insurance would of been $525 (my deductible is $500) so I suggested to just pay the additional $25. That was the insurance price my price was $1250???? Jeff suggested that I take it somewhere else. I took it to Ice Cold auto air on Colonial and it was $425. Jeff was great regarding all this. He made sure to give me a courtesy car as I told him that I needed to be in Tampa for a week. He stayed in contact and was very courteous.

I bought a car from this place jan 1st when i test drove it everything worked i had to take my car back 4 times with in that month and they where rude and nasty not willing to fix anything the the guy in service named spiros kopsida lied twice about my car he said that it was a recall on my 2012 Hyundai Sonata and then when I called him back he said oh it's no recall then I asked him because I was the paying customer I told him that my car needed a oil change he told me that it did not need a oil change because it had one but to come to find out I was riding around without oil in my car and none of the lights were flashing to let me know that the oil was low my experience with them started off great and then it off horrible I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them if it's not brand new any used cars don't buy because basically they're patching a car's up and selling you lemons just to sell in to make money! If you are in the market for new car you should stay away from buying Acura especially from this dealer ship. You would end up getting stuck with horrible service. The level of customer service has been going down. I've been loyal to Acura for 18 years and have been going to this dealership since 2000 for car maintenance when they were under the name Jimmy Bryan. I'm extremely disappointed of the way I was treated there today. I've bought the oil change package they offer there for many years. I brought my car in for oil change and told the service guy that I wanted to buy another package since I already used up my current one. He advised me that the finance person would call me back to go over the price since I had to go back to work. I agreed to leave my car there and was dropped back off to work. The finance guy called me couple hrs later and told me the package with 4 oil changes and 2 tire rotations would be $355. I told him I don't remember paying that much before. Mind you a single oil change cost $60 x 4= $240 + tire rotations $29.95 x 2 would be $299.90 which is way cheaper than the package so why would I want the package. It must provide some kind of discounts or benefits to get the package deal. He told me that's what I paid before for my old package. Right there I was lied to. I requested to have the service person whom helped me earlier to give me a call. The service guy called back and agreed that it shouldn't be $355 and that package is for the full synthetic oil instead of synthetic blend which is what I had. He confirmed the package would only cost about $245 after tax. I told him I agree to get it and use it for my oil change. He told me he would have the finance guy set it up and all I need to do is sign when I pick up my car. When I went to pick up my car the same finance guy pulled me in the office and told me the package would be $355. I told him that's not what I was told by the service guy and not what I paid for previously. His response was "I don't know what the service guy told you and he's not here. Why don't you just call him since you have his number?" He basically implied to me that I was lying. I told him he called me from your office and are you implying I was lying? I asked to speak to his manager or service manager he then said everyone left and he's the only manager. I insisted to speak to some one higher and finally he told me he would get his director. Right there I was lied to again about no one else is higher that I could talk to beside him. The director came in and basically told me the service guy is just an employee not a company and all he could do is to coach him. What kind of response is that? The employees represent the company and when they make mistakes the company owns up to it and you are not doing any of that. That's what I told the director and. I'm not there to steal or cheat your company. I've spent so much money for my car service there and was there to buy more. I'm very disappointed of the level of service provided to me today and was insulted by the finance employees. This is my last straw and will never set my foot back in there.

I'm always puzzled by the "customer requested to have multi point inspection performed this visit" on the paper work. Also, "you chose to use after market parts for this job" included in the paper work. Don't ever recall requesting or choosing these things. I am a senior citizen...maybe i did...but I doubt it. Otherwise normally satisfied with the service. They did remove a charge for brake fluid after I pointed out that the brake fluid was changed a few weeks prior during a brake job.

I brought my TSX in for airbag recall Jeff was handling my car did an inspection of my car and let me know what repairs would be needed in the future and gave me a copy of the inspection they did. Also I was told it would take two hours but it took less time than that. Had a great experience friendly staff great job would recommend North Orlando Acura. Great team!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from this dealership. I signed the papers on a lease deal and took delivery of an Acura TLX late Sunday night after the dealership had closed (around 6:30 p.m.), following an unnecessarily long negotiating period, and wait for the paperwork and the car to be prepared. I had been choosing between the Acura TLX and a BMW 320i. The following day, at around 1:00 p.m.) I received a revised offer from BMW for a significantly lower monthly lease payment (around 15% less than both the prior BMW offer and what I was paying Acura). I recognize that BMW should have been a little more timely with their best and final offer, but it was still a big chunk of change ($1,800 over the 36 monthy lease period) that I would be foolish to not pursue. I immediately called the Acrua dealership, provided them with a copy of the offer from BMW, and gave them the option of reducing my lease payments by about 10% (about $1,100 over the lease term), or voiding the deal and taking back their car. I even offered to pay them for the 30 miles I drove between the dealership and my house, and any other out of pocket fees they incurred. To my surprise, the State of Florida does not have a 72 hour cooling off period on auto lease deals, but I expected that a luxury car dealership would want to maker sure that its customers are happy, and would be more concerned with maintaining a good reputation and long term customer (I have driven nothing but Hondas and Acuras for the last 28 years) than insisting on going forward with a deal that was less than 24 hours old. If Acura truly had made their best and final offer to me, they could simply take back the car, which they could easily sell to another customer, and hand me back my used Acura TL, which was still on the lot. After multiple calls with multiple AutoNation representatives (sales person, supervising manager, and finally general manager) over a 5 hour lapse of time, the final response from AutoNation Acura to my offer was a big fat NO. They refused to either void the deal, or provide any reduction on the lease price, and offered no other accommodation; not even a free oil change. (BMW, by the way, provides free maintenance throughout the lease term.) The worst part about this experience is that I love the car, and the joy and satisfaction of the new car experience has now been ruined because of the short-sighted approach of the managers at this dealership. Needless to say, I am not a satisfied AutoNation Acura customer, and will not be recommending this dealership to any of my friends or acquaintances.

The first experience I would rate a 1 and yesterday a 5. After hurricane Irma my battery died. I needed a code for my radio and nav system. Called this dealership some guy in the service dept. said I had to bring it in pay over 400.00 to remove radio to get code. He was rude. My son in-law went on U-Tube found out just press 2 buttons and the code comes up. He called a too free number for Acura got a California dealership, very nice gave him another code and all was fine. After this experience I dreaded taking my MDX to Sanford for the airbag recall but didn’t want to drive clear to Orlando. So I went to Sanford and was surprised. They were really nice. Carolyn was good, work was completed as stated 2 hours. They did a free inspection and car wash. I need to get some repairs done which they did not ask if I wanted to have them do, they put declined. I wasn’t even asked??

My wife has been driving an Acura RDX from this dealership for a few lease cycles and I was impressed with the attention to detail they have. They really made it a great experience when she had to either bring her vehicle in for oil changes or to trade in lease. I decided to give them a try and to my surprise, it went very well for me too. After 25 plus years of purchasing Ford vehicles, I am sold. No back and forth nonsense with price changes, just straight forward sales. Steven Greenhut worked up the papers and the lease deal for my MDX. Steven was beyond professional and went out of his way to even stay after closing hours to seal the deal. His assistants that made sure everything went smooth, they were Jim and "Fetta". This dealership has the term "TEAMWORK" mastered. I will be sticking with this company for many years to come. They treated my wife and I like family :)

GM expected me to pay sticker price on car (one price no haggle policy) then have me file a claim with my insurance to get a new windshield (there were 5 cracks). There were also some major paint defects (looked like previous owner took spray paint and painted over various scratches -very dull and rough finishes all over car) - offered me $700 deal on repainting my car on top of paying sticker price. Then had the nerve to tell me that I was looking at the wrong car. It wasn't for me. I has been there 3 days in a row looking nd test driving that car. Was willing to pay sticker until I saw all the issues.

Drive 2hrs to buy a used 2014 Acura Mdx. Steering wheel start to make loud squeaking noise the next day. Call the authorized local dealer to take the car in for service. The dealer said have to replace the steering column to fix the problem. Call Autonation Acura back to tell them the problem. And the answer I get is "Its too expensive to replace the steering column for a minor issue" I should of drive back and return the car the next day. Wish they could of done something better.

My experiences at Auto Nation have been OK. I have a 2010 TL and 2016 MDX. The service department experience varies depending on the sales tech you are assigned to. At times, the service tech can be very detailed and engaged, other times not so much. I previously lived in Ohio and Minnesota. The Columbus Ohio dealership is the best I have experienced in terms of service, friendliness, and customer service. We bought our 2016 MDX at Sanford and the sales person was exceptional.....but he is no longer at the dealership.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I do not recommend this dealership not even to my worst enemy. I purchased my first financed car here. When I got there everyone was friendly and eager to sell me a car, I was excited when I did my paper work everything came back fine, so I was happy I left that night made it home the next day I was having serious problems with my car. The car was shutting off when I slowed down then the carpet was soaked in water. There was a leak in the car I called them they wanted me to bring it back in mind you i live in Tampa. So I brought the car in they kept my car for a week I call them Friday they told me come in pick up your car tomorrow I drive half way there to make sure my car is ready for pick up and Adam the manager tells me no the car isn't ready. I was so upset finally after 2 weeks later I get my car. They offer me a warranty for 6 months Adam said take it in no charge any issues. When it came time for my payment I went in to the place that approved me for the auto loan and it stated I owned double the amount because the interest rate was high I was never talked to about the interest rate or how many places they applied for a car load I checked my credit they went through 9 auto loan places but they never made me aware of this now my credit has 9 hard inquires. To top it off I'm 3 months down the road and my car is messed up once again and Adam won't even call me back. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM AUTO NATION ACURA THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND TERRIBLE PEOPLE. So adding to my review I have called them over a 2 weeks and I have not got a call back these people are very rude and won't call you back. To add more to the review I now have a diagnosis to the car AC has a leak the motor mount is cracked and a belt is messed up please don't buy from them. I have a 4 year old and I'm expecting my second child I'm driving around in a car that is not reliable and might break down any moment.

This was my second service appointment for my 2016 MDX and both experiences were mediocre at best. I found the process disorganized. The "greeter" was difficult to understand and couldn't answer basic questions related to my service request. I wasn't told who my service advisor would be and directed to the waiting room. 15 minutes later a woman called my name and told me she needed a signature so they could begin work on the car. No introduction, no explanation other than to say my service was already paid. I've had other vehicles, both luxury and otherwise and the service departments were exceptional compared to my Acura experiences. The associates are sloppy, inexperienced and disorganized. If it weren't for the fact that I have paid for the service, I'd seek another option. This will come into play when deciding my my car purchase at the end of my lease.

We were on our way from Jacksonville to Orlando and had just gone through Sanford when our 2016 Acura TLX had serious trouble. We limped into the service department at 2:00 PM on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Victor, a service rep listened to our problem and worked with us to get us a loaner car and got our car logged in and had us on our way in very little time to avoid any more stress on us when the weekend was intended to be a fun weekend to celebrate our anniversary. On Monday the techs found out what was wrong, ordered the necessary parts, got them in and installed on our car by Tuesday afternoon. Being in a strange city and having car trouble on a weekend is never easy. But Victor and the folks at AutoNation Acura of North Orlando really did a great job helping us out and getting everything taken care of. We definitely appreciate all that they did and thank them for helping us have the anniversary we were hoping for even though we had car problems.

Straight up [non-permissible content removed]. These guys give used car salesmen bad names. On the phone, indicated a list price of $25k was for sale at $23k. Drove over 100 miles round trip. At the dealer, the price was the original list price and the used car manager accused us of being "confused" with so many internet listings and that the email listed the correct price. Not an apology, just condescension and an attempt to provide a google class on internet used car searches. Full disclosure, the email matched the on site offer, however, the bait and switch technique to get customers on site is unconscionable.

Bought our first Acura MDX used car here and it will certainly be the last time we buy a car from this dealer. We paid cash for the car and the negotiation process was a ridiculous mess. Then several things on the car which were advertised by them to be working were not. Trying to get them repaired has been a nightmare and drawn out way past the 3 day return policy time frame. We were 6 days into the purchase when the blue tooth stopped working and now they are refusing to fix it. They certainly don't stand by their cars! We have 4 kids and looking at buying 4 more used cars in the next 3 years, but we certainly won't even consider this dealer.

My 2008 Acura RDX was a part of the recent airbag recall. After calling corporate, I was instructed to call my local dealership. I was expecting to have to jump through a ton of hoops, but Jeff and his team had EVERYTHING taken care of. From the moment I called in, they were professional, courteous, and over the top helpful. I was in a rental car same day, with zero hassle or cost to me. As soon as my part was in I was called to schedule the repair, given the number of a tow company to call to have my vehicle transported, and by noon had my car back fresh from the wash and with a full inspection! We were in the market for a new car and had looked a four other dealerships , lexus , jeep , cadillac and nissan. We were so disappointed the way the salesman did the bate and switch the pushy tactics and the overall cars we test drove just did not feel right. We stopped by Acura and was greeted right away . The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He brought us the cars we wanted to test drive instead of walking the lot in the heat. That was a huge plus. The sale manager introduced himself and helped work the numbers and gave us all available discounts. We were very impressed with how everyone involved and the whole experience went. Went to dealership and got an excellent price on the car. The issue came over the dealer "add on" sticker. The items were inflated beyond control and there was no negotiation those items down. Ended up being a $2000.00 charge which I refused to pay. Items were that infamous "protection" package and something call a PRO PACK. After getting back home and doing my research that ProPack was inflated over 400%. Honestly would not recommend this dealer....Went to another dealer and got a better selling price, more for my trade, and the PRO PACK accessories for free!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying that if you're looking for the absolute best Service Department anywhere, then this is the place. Adam is the General Manager, and Brian and Kenny are Service Managers, all of whom took great care of us after we bought our gently used 2005 Infiniti QX56. The person who owned it obviously took great care of it, and it runs perfectly! However, when Acura took it in on trade they did a thorough inspection and found that the steering column, front brakes, and oil filter housing seal were in need of repair. All of which was completed prior to me even looking at the vehicle. We bought the car at the end of October 2014 as a birthday present for my wife. She had been driving a 2000 Ford Expedition that we bought in 2004 with 70k miles on it (it was an excellent car). But after two kids and 190k miles it was time to retire the old girl. The Infiniti suited our needs perfectly, and we purchased it, even though it already had 100k miles on it. But, since Acura took it on trade, and with the great condition it was in, I went ahead and got it. Unfortunately, soon after driving it home, the steering column was loose. So, I called Acura, and they said to bring it back in for them to evaluate whether they could do anything. Well, they did something all right. They kept the car until they could locate a suitable replacement steering column, and provided us with a loaner vehicle, not once, but three separate times while they ordered and replaced five different steering columns. Also, that in that same time period, during one of the few weeks we had the car back, the brake system failed and I had to have it repaired at a cost of $1250. But, that's merely a coincidence of the timing. Acura took care of that repair in as best of a cost effective manner as possible. In the time that weve owned the car, weve actually only had it in our possession for about two months as Brian and Kenny were relentless in their mission to ensure that we were totally happy. They also took care of a few other minor issues: the side mirror switch had to be replaced, the ignition switch was loose and they had to order new bolts. All of which, they had to order parts and incur labor hours to repair. I cant say enough great things about the level of service, respect, and willingness to provide great customer service that Autonation Acura of Sanford has provided my family. My Wife loves the car, and the kids cant get enough of all the space it provides. Thank you Autonation Acura for all you did for us. Jack Gross, Lake Mary, FL.

After blowing my right rear tire on Rt. 95 near Lorton, VA, getting the spare tire put on by AAA. getting on the car train from Lorton to Sanford, FL, we called Auto Nation in Sanford and talked to the Service Manager who agreed to replace our spare with a new tire. We arrived and were so pleased that the new tire was put on and our luggage reloaded in an hour and a half. We had a four hour drive ahead of us to Naples, FL. Thank you Auto Nation!

All negotiations are completed via the internet. So u have an expectation that the deal should be completed quickly upon arrival. Then why does it take several hours? Because the sales manager gets involved and plays his game on the trade-in. Takes u for a ride tells u people get sentimental etc etc all rather insulting. I felt like I was being played. A sophisticated buyer knows his numbers and doesn't need the auction/I need money to fix it up spiel. Just make a fair offer to a return customer. For some reason he would not do it. I walk into carmax off the street and they treat me better that the my Acura dealer. I judge by what people do NOT by what they say...I don't like having my time wasted, but it did not seem important . I found this quite annoying and disappointing. I guess after buying cars for the last 40+ years nothing much has changed.......at least this time....

If you plan on internet buying at this dealership you will enjoy working with Gerry. He did a great job!! If you have a trade stay way from his boss Adam, he will treat you like a child, and NOT give you a "fair" price for the trade. He wasted my time by forcing me to go to carmax for a fair quote. I brought it back and it was accepted. Not a good taste in my mouth after that one...the difference was +$500 on the trade-- on nearly a $50,000 purchase of a return customer (???) Still puzzled to this day on why I was put thru that :( Carmax treats there first time customers quite fair in comparison...i give Gerry 5 stars and Adam 1! Met the GM today he seemed like a good guy....

Saw a used G37 for sale, at this dealer, via Auto Trader. The price listed was decent and had the word "reduced" beside it. After reading the description it appeared it did not have Nav in it but looking at the photos, the Nav screen was clearly visible. I sent a note to the dealer to confirm it had Nav before coming in and dealer, after several emails suggesting I should just "come in anyway", finally confirmed it had Nav and several other things they were not aware but they then RAISED the price on the car and changed the description to include their new found "treasure". Normally I would be fine with someone making a mistake but dealer then tried to suggest I had not seen the lesser price offered AND tried to low ball me on a possible trade as, apparently, a way to sway me away from pushing them on the price they had orginally asked for the car. Very deceptive.

We were going to buy a car through Courtesy Acura in Sanford, Florida and went up to make the purchase. We had agreed on a price for the MDX. Then, the sales manager, Jose, comes out and tells us we can have any car we want except for the one color we had asked for. He said he would have to raise the price by $2000.00 if we wanted that particular color. This was AFTER they had already said they would honor the price and knew the color of the car we wanted. They had the car available and it didn't cost them anything extra for that color, but since he was the only one in the state with that color he was trying to make more money off of it. I have friends that have an Acura and when they were up there to get it serviced they asked Jose about this and he told them that someone was coming to buy it at a higher price the next day and he couldn't tell us this. However, this too was a lie, because the car was still there 4 days later. The bottom line here is this guy was playing everyone. Unfortunately, when you have someone like this in charge it affects everyone that works there. We ended up getting the color we wanted in Lakeland and let me tell you - that dealership was fantastic to work with. What a world of difference. They were honest and went over and above to get us the color we wanted at the same price we were going to pay at courtesy in Sanford. They spent 2 1/2 hours going over the car and stayed and hour past closing to make sure we knew everything about the car. Make the extra drive to Lakeland. If you look at their reviews they are much better than Courtesy which is no surprise when you have someone like Jose in charge. Don't deal with Sanford, they lie and only look out for their best interest, NOT the customers.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received from this dealership. I switched to Courtesy Acura about four to five years ago after I had been dissatisfied with the service at Fountain Acura in the south side of town. It is not convenient for me, but thought I had been given great service here over the years. My awakening all started last March when I had to have my radiator replaced after my engine overheated on my way home one night. I asked the service advisor to have them check over my car to see if there is anything else wrong. They said all that was needed was a new radiator and an oil change. The hoses and thermostat was not replaced. I was not impressed with my advisor - she seemed uninformed on what the service department had done, and unwilling to go above and beyond. She was not there on Saturday morning when I picked up my car, so my checkout experience was less than remarkable. In just a few weeks I have two of my tires replaced at another shop and find out that a CV joint needs replacing and an engine mount was broken. These were items that were not identified when I asked Acura to look over my car to see if there were any other issues. Less than ten months after getting my radiator replaced, I find out that my radiator system is not working properly because the the system was not properly pressurized and I had a leak in the system. I had to have the hoses, thermostat and radiator cap replaced. I did not go to Acura. Two short weeks later, I find out I have to have my timing belt and balance shaft belt replaced because they were hitting the timing belt case. They were rotating in a "sloppy" manner indicative of not being properly rotated. This was at 109,000 miles. At just over 77,000 miles I had both of these belts replaced when I had my clutch replaced at Acura. Again, I had this work done at an independent shop. I am getting better customer service and more reliable car repair at an independent shop than my auto maker's dealership. Isn't that supposed to be their claim to fame so to speak? If you are going to charge higher prices than an independent shop, make it worth my while to go out of my way to get up to your dealership and pay your higher prices. Instead, they have been performing substandard work that I am now having to refix somewhere else. I will not trust Acura to touch my car again and rest assured I will not be purchasing another Acura. It's a shame too, because for an automobile that is supposed to be so reliable, the service department sure is becoming a liability for them they may not soon be able to afford.

I purchased my Acura new in Kansas City. The dealer there was everything that I expected an Acura dealer to be. They would take care of any issues before you even asked. For example, the brakes were pulsating when I came to a stop from highway speeds after 1 year/20k miles. The dealer in KC shaved the rotors and replaced the front breaks under warranty without any questions. When you took your car in for service they would offer you a loaner if it was anything more than an oil change. If you wanted to wait they would allow you to order Panera Bread for lunch on them. The dealership was always clean and they would make fresh cookies while you waited. This in my opinion was everything an Acura dealership should be. Courtesy on the other hand always gives me the impression that I am bothering them. That they are too busy, and that they are doing me a favor by setting an appointment. As far as getting a loaner car goes you must request one 1-2 weeks in advance because they cut back their loaner supply since less people are buying new Acuras right now. In addition I had the same problem again 1 year later with the brakes and they wanted to charge me for the breaks instead of fixing them under warranty. Also, my wife and I needed to run a few errands while we were waiting and there was a loaner car available, but it had to be back in a few hours. The service specialist seemed like they didn't want to loan the car to us even though it was only for an hour. I feel like the service I have received from this dealership has been subpar even for a Honda dealership. I really wish they would step up and give the service that Acura dealerships should be giving, but I realize that I will probably have to find another dealership instead.

They were my service dealership because they were the closest. The staff have always been friendly and professional, but several incidents have led me to conclude that they do not have the costumer's best interest in mind. A. After receiving some warranty work at their body shop, I come home only to find out that almost half of my car, including my custom wheels, was covered with paint overspray. They offered me a free detailing to compensate. B. After getting my free detail, I discover that somebody had played with my aftermarket radio, going so far as to changing all of my presets. C. I bring my car in the morning for a warranty job. The advisor said it wouldn't be more than two hours. Three hours later, they give me a loaner because they fell behind. The advisor said work was slow that day because one of the techs was getting married and the other techs decided to give him an impromptu party. D. They replace the Idler Air Control Valve in my car in October 2006. It goes bad in January 2007. They replace it under warranty. It goes bad again in December 2007. I wind up paying for a new one because, according to the advisor, the one-year warranty starts from when I purchased it, not from the last time they had to replace it. I sure hope the valve lasts more than twelve months. I would hate to have to go back there for anything.
